Terrible service worst company ive…
Terrible service worst company ive dealt with be very careful. Ordered tiles and was sent a alternativetile which wasnt even bad quality. Informed and there said tiles are perfect but my tiler said its poor quality and not co.patible to 2mm joints...There took 25% off the refund plus collection charge. Over £300 lost... be very careful stay far from these people

We informed you that the tile you had ordered was temporarily out of stock and offered you the choice of placing your tiles on back order or cancellation and even provided you with a similar alternative for consideration. We also offered to price match the alternative at considerable cost to ourselves. After considering all options, you asked to be sent the alternative tiles with the agreed discount, which were delivered promptly. When we received your complaint of faulty tiles, we had them thoroughly examined by our supplier’s Quality Control Department who confirmed that they were in perfect condition. The charges you incurred for returning non- faulty goods were in alignment with our Terms and Conditions and are standard for this industry. We arranged collection for you and issued your refund promptly. We feel that we have offered you extremely good service and hope that you can appreciate our cooperation with your requests at every stage of this process.

Quick delivery only took 1 day. Had to order extra tiles this was no problem and received them within two days. First class and would definitely recommend.

Extortionate delivery fee
Sample tile was fine but they fail to mention until purchasing the extortionate cost of delivery, £32 worth of tiles and £25 for delivery making it over £55 all in.

It is unfortunate to read this review, especially when we haven’t been approached directly to offer an explanation first.
We offer FOC shipping on all samples and FOC shipping on all orders above £300. This is clearly marked on the homepage of our website and on a scrolling banner on every single page of our website. Orders that fall below this threshold are subject to a reasonable £25 pallet delivery charge. This is well below the industry average.

Fast delivery and competitive price
Fast delivery and competitive price. We were looking for a specific tile to match our existing, and they were hard to come by. Not only did Tile Kingdom have them in stock, but their price was the best we could find. Delivery by pallet within 5 working days, what a service!

I'm very happy with the tiles.
I'm very happy with the tiles. Although not tiled yet.
I spent a long time searching for those specific tiles as seen them a few years ago and didn't know if they were still available.
Delivery was very prompt.
I called before ordering, and spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed that the tiles were in stock.

I was so pleased to find Tile Kingdom.
I found them to be very efficient, very honest and wonderful products.
It is a family run business that really care!
They took a personal interest in me which as far as i can see is a rare occurance these days.
I have already started to recommend them.

Excellent Customer Service
There were two issues, one with stock and one with delivery. Liam rang me to discuss and resolve the stock issue. Then there was an issue with delivery and even though this was out of Tile Kingdoms hands Liam continued to follow up on this with the courier numerous times and rang me frequently to update me, even calling to check they had been delivered. All in all the customer service was excellent and I cannot fault them in any way.
The tiles themselves are superb quality and very weighty. I am looking forward to them being fitted this coming week.
So pleased with Tile Kingdom we will definitely use them again when we get to the second phase of our renovation and require kitchen tiles.
