Die Sauna ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Macht richtig glücklich :))))
Die Qualität und der Service waren hervorragend. Ebenso die Lieferung bzw. der Liefertermin wurden genau eingehalten.

Die Bestellung und die Lieferung waren problemlos. Der Whirlpool entspricht voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Es hat schon viel Spaß gemacht, ihn zu benutzen.

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat einfach alles perfekt geklappt! Die Website TimberIn ist sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut, die Preise sind klar und transparent dargestellt.
Der Kontakt mit dem Support von TimberIN war immer schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Auch die Lieferung in die Schweiz erfolgte pünktlich und absolut reibungslos.

die Badetonne haben wir am Wochenende erstmals benutzt. Es ist alles in Ordnung und sehr schön, darin zu baden und den Mond zu betrachten.

Tutto è iniziato vedendo un prodotto della concorrenza scandinava poi, poco distante ho visto una vasca TimberIn ed ho analizzato le caratteristiche tecniche confrontandole con altri prodotti. Il risultato l’ha fatta prevalere e ho avviato il primo contatto con la venditrice italiana Asta. Front end efficace e professionale con disponibilità ad ogni occasione. Purtroppo a volte capita che il trasporto possa incappare in un ritardo dettato dal guasto del mezzo e prontamente, in segno di scuse, mi hanno omaggiato un utile articolo, recuperando l’inconveniente. I tempi di consegna sono stati ampiamente rispettati e la disponibilità del trasportatore durante la fase del solo scarico a terra è stata ottima. Un suggerimento che mi sento di fornire riguarda la messa in esercizio del prodotto che, considerato il valore totale, potrebbe essere assistita da una videochiamata con un tecnico che in pochi passi possa riassumere le informazioni riportate su diversi manuali tecnici. Sehr gute Qualität. Abwicklung (Kontakt per Mail) tip top. Regelmäßig Fertigungsupdates. Alle Fragen wurden und werden immer beantwortet. Vor Auslieferung werden Fotos vom Hottub per Mail gesendet.
Preis Leistung sehr gut. Wir haben lange gesucht und verglichen. Ich bi der Meinung, dass wir hier das Beste Preis Leistungsverhältnis bekommen haben. Liefertermin war schnell und wurde eingehalten.

Wir haben schon einige schöne Momente darinnen gehabt. Im Nachhinein hätten wir den Hot Tube doch gerne noch eine Nummer größer genommen, um mit noch mehr Leuten das Badeerlebnis zusammen zu teilen.

Saunatønde af fantastisk kvalitet. God information, da det kan virke utrygt at handle i et land, man ikke har købt noget fra før. Super levering til transportfirma, så tid og koordinering af aflæsning ikke var bøvlet

Einfach nur PERFEKT.
Von der Bestellung, Bezahlung und Lieferung, alles wie versprochen. Nach 6 Wochen wurde der Zuber ohne Mängel angeliefert. Der Badezuber ist einfach genial. Kann ihn jedem empfehlen.

La livraison et l’installation de mon bain nordique se sont déroulées simplement et efficacement. Il y a un très bon suivi de la livraison et de prévenance de la date et heure de livraison. Le déchargement nécessite impérativement une aide de 4 personnes pour le porter jusqu'au site d'implantation. La mise en route est très simple : dans le Var, la montée en température est d’environ +5 °C en moins d’une heure, et le bain ne perd que 2 °C par jour sans utilisation. Lors du transport, une petite latte de l’escalier avait été endommagée, mais le SAV m’a immédiatement envoyé la pièce de remplacement. Résultat : un moment unique de détente en plein air, dans une eau chaude qui reste prête à profiter à tout moment. vivement cet hiver !!!

Nous avons ouvert notre chalet Le Refuge Cal Chalon classé 5 étoiles dans la station de ski Les Angles 🇫🇷, sur le rooftop nous y avons installé un bain nordique TimberIN qui ravit tous nos locataires , ils peuvent s’y détendre après une journée de ski, de randonnée ou de vtt tout en profitant d’une vue panoramique sur la chaîne des Pyrénées 🏔️

Hello Evelina and nice folks at TimberIN Because we were doing quite a few things to our house, we could only get electrics in and the sauna completed and commissioned today, after many months. We’re thrilled with it, proud of it and it makes the property here terribly special. It sits in a small wooded area just by the house, overlooking our Lough Derg below here in the West of Ireland which you can see if you blow it up…with guest horses peeking in the window…. and if you do blow up the photograph of the window looking out, you’ll see our stone circle and far below on the first island a 10th C round tower and ancient monastery–to become a UNESCO world heritage site soon. We couldn’t be more pleased and thought you’d enjoy–finally–seeing the sauna constructed with a couple of little additions. Many thanks

Entreprise très sérieuse avec un contact client facile et qui conseil bien. Ayant commandé un bain nordique, je suis très satisfait de la qualité du produit et du transport. Malgré la distance, le sérieux de l’entreprise est bien présent. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Celui-ci est de très bonne facture. La menuiserie très bien assemblée, les soudures du poêle sont impeccables. Celui-ci chauffe assez fort selon le chargement de bois. 6 heures de chauffe pour passer d’une eau froide de 5 degrés à 37 degrés. Et beaucoup moins le lendemain quand l’eau et encore à 26 degrés avec une température extérieure de 5 degrés. Je pense que la meilleure utilisation se fait en soirée sous les étoiles, sous un froid polaire avec une eau à 37 degrés. Le suivi commercial et technique est à l’écoute et répond rapidement aux questions. Sans doute un de mes meilleurs achats sur Internet, la qualité est au rendez-vous, une fois dedans on ne regrette pas ! Rien à dire de négatif, ce qui est rare. Au déchargement, un solide gaillard sympathique parlant quelques mots d’anglais m’a aidé à installer le spa à peu près où je voulais. Malgré la distance France / Lituanie, Timberin 10 / 10 !!

Misleading Photos, Shoddy Build Quality, and Appalling Customer Service – Avoid

We ordered a hot tub based on the beautiful photos and bold promises on the company’s website. What we received was something completely different: poorly constructed, unfinished, and full of issues that should never have passed even a basic quality check.

Here are just a few of the problems:

-The electrics cupboard has no wire access hole, is not hinged as advertised, and the door doesn’t fit—you need a screwdriver just to open it.
-The motor is mounted on an uneven plank of wood and propped up with a wedge to make it level.
-There’s no base??!! leaving insulation and wiring fully exposed to the elements (and insects).
-One of the metal tension bands is visibly uneven (we were told to move this ourselves??)
-The water release tap is installed below the base struts, so it ends up carrying the tub’s weight—completely unacceptable.
-The wooden rim surround, shown in nearly every one of their 160+ photos? Missing entirely.
-Several screws are inserted at visibly uneven angles.no care whatsoever.
The “Air” “light” and “Bubbles” weren’t on straight.
And then, it gets worse: the “final invoice” didn’t match what we were charged—we overpaid by £900. When we tried to raise these concerns, the company preemptively blocked our social media accounts before even responding. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s actively deceptive.

Returning the hot tub would be an enormous hassle, so we're stuck trying to fix their mistakes ourselves. We’ve offered reasonable solutions—like reimbursing us for repairs or they find a carpenter to fix—but no we were offered a £20 thermometer.

This company’s product does not match what they advertise. Their customer service is evasive at best, dishonest at worst. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere! Definitely buy from the UK.
We are a small business so bought a second tub from Heaveny Hot tubs and it’s perfect!

Update* - WE HAVE NOW PAID A LOCAL CARPENTER TO PUT RIGHT MY POINTS ABOVE.
just to reply to your comment below. The email dated 8 th of May from Leva you admit that the “final invoice” which has a delivery charge of 390 euros and total of 3864 Euros wasn’t actually the final invoice. “ THIS OPTION IS ONLY TO RECEIVE THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MODEL YOU SELECTED”
(We paid another £900 on top)
Yes we did ask for a refund but you told us no.

As said many times The “final invoice” did not mention that you DO NOT unload the tub. After questioning you said it would be another £500 to get off the lorry. We said we would arrange a tractor to help us. The £900 was for VAT that wasn’t mention on the “final invoice” in my opinion final means total amount to be paid. Thanks!

You will go to the effort to threaten legal action, rather than admit the product isn’t up to par? You have received the photos and points but you offered a free thermostat as way of apology.
Your website is timberin.co.uk so it’s misleading that you are not a UK based company and you don’t make clear that you are in Lithuania and VAT will be added.
I won’t be bullied/threatened into removing my honest review. More reason not to do business with these people!

Update 21st July:
We spoke with the CEO directly on Friday 18th July, after he emailed us threatening to write "reviews" of us as customer against our own business unless we remove this review (he's never been our customer - this seems like blackmail). During the call he finally admitted faults with the product and offered €200 on condition we remove this review. We said no - we emailed him and his team on July 1st saying we no longer wanted contact nor his low level compensation. We maintained that line over Whatsapp, while he was messaging me at the weekend.

Since then he has written 'reviews' of us againt our business profile (not our business) attacking us personally and sharing our names publicly, as well as his wife writing a 'review' of us on Facebook. Looking at his Google reviews he has done this at least three times to other companies where he has not been a customer but has attacked his own customers (see here "Albert TimberIN MB" in Google)

If you scroll through his 1* and 2* star reviews on TrustPilot you will see 10+ consistent stories to our own.

Unbelievably poor behaviour from a CEO. I'm astonished. Happy that this review keeps staying at the top for fellow customers to see how this company works.
