James was highly professional and extremely flexible in his approach when purchasing my watch to ensure I had the best experience possible. He explained how to spot fake Rolex watches, which was interesting. Having bought my first watch from a dealer in London last year, the buying process with James was at a superior level. I commend James to any new buyer who wants a quality Rolex watch.

I asked James to find me a specific new Rolex model, -one that tends to get snapped up quite quickly. When one came up just a few days later (registered as only 1 day old), James worked out of hours on the weekend to secure it for me after I paid a small deposit. I was contacted as soon as it arrived a couple of days later and viewed it in-store at the point of purchasing. It was exactly as described -perfect! In the conversation with James, I quickly realised his high level of knowledge and passion for luxury watches. He tailored the bracelet to fit my wrist and also kindly tested the power reserve on my existing watch when I said that I thought it was playing up, which was also a nice touch. I can happily recommend James and Time4People, and will return again as a customer in the future.

This is the second watch I've bought from James and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has extensive knowledge of watches and is able to source most high end watchs, at great prices. Will be coming back!

James was absolutely excellent in helping me find a Patek Philippe just like one I had before that was sadly stolen. Excellent service all round! He also recommended me an insurer which meant I could finally get cover for my watches. Time 4 People is a very reliable company that you can trust with a major purchase such as a luxury watch.
