We have been with TF since 2021. My daily person who I contact (and annoy) is George Tierney, he is extremely professional, friendly and very patient with me! Nothing is ever too much for him and he will explain everything to me. Excellent Customer Service and a lovely person to work along side. I also just wanted to mention Jenni Stubbs who has been with us since we started up with TF, she is extremely supportive, friendly and again nothing is too much for her. Professional in everything she does. Overall fantastic customer service from both.

I have worked with Time for just over 12 months, so far so good. I love Jenni my account manager, really helpful, really committed, goes the extra mile and works me in order to get where I want to. Cash flow has been much better, credit control is professional and they are helpful.

Kerry and Rob have made the process of moving finance facility over to Time Finance smooth and painless. We look forward to working with them from this point forth

I've worked with a few confidential IF facilities, particularly since covid due to cashflow constraints, and Time have been excellent. The set-up process took a while, but our relationship exec is second to none; Salma always goes above and beyond, ensuring we make the most of our facility wherever possible. I can't thank Salma and Kerry enough, and for an SME, such a facility makes a huge difference to cashflow.

WRT Logistics have use Time Finance for a couple of years and don't hesitate to continue our working relationship. The team from onboarding to day-to-day contacts are first class. Good account management and always available to discuss different options.

Alice and the Team at Time have been instrumental in helping to facilitate the growth of our business and are always on hand to assist with any queries, requests etc.

We have been working with Time Finance for several years and their support and service has been first class. Our contacts Salma and Paul are extremely helpful and are always on hand. Would have no hesitation recommending Time Finance.

We entered into 2 separate agreements in 2022 and 2023; after a recent visit we were persuaded to enter into a new agreement to save money, which we were told would merge the 2 existing agreements. We were not told about any other change, but it turns out that not only is the new agreement more expensive but Time have tried to tie us in for another 5 years. None of that was discussed, and when we have raised it Time have said that all 3 agreements are still live so have to make payments under all 3 - we are now paying double for the same equipment! Very unfair selling practices which don’t reflect well at all on their business - we are taking legal advice because we haven’t had any luck dealing with them so far. The agreements are contradictory and have a lot of errors - would avoid this business in future.

The ongoing support from Mike and Jack, as well as others in the wider team, has been first rate. Rare to find a funding partner that works flexibly and supportively with a growing business.

We have gone through a transition of changing finance funding company to Time Finance and even though at the beginning seemed to be slow getting all information signed off but know we are live and have started to use the system it is so easy to follow , the structure is clear and straightforward during the transfer we was dealing with Tom and Rachel - these guys have helped us through the pain of changing over . From memory I think over the last 3 weeks Tom has not only spoken to myself but to my colleagues.2/3 times a day. I am looking forward to working with Time Finance the staff have acted professionally all the way through and given us a good customer experience

I have dealt with Adrian Payne previously when we first looked at Invoice Finance and was recommended to us by our accountant. Adrian has given us loads of help over the last 6 years and when he went to Time Finance and we were having issues with our previous provider, Adrian helped us by understanding our needs and our growth requirements and helped us with a facility that would grow with our business needs. We also went through a restructure recently and Adrian's knowledge has helped us through a smooth transition and is a true asset to Time Finance. Also have to say Salma is helpful and brilliant to work with as is Mike even if he is a fan of the football team that stole our best players.

Time Finance have been essential for my business! They solved my cash flow issues instantly with their invoice factoring. I have Jack and Mike looking after my account and if it wasn’t for them my business would not be where it is today ! We had a very painful client but due to Mike and Jacks experience and due diligence in their work they kept my business moving forward . Couldn’t recommend using time finance enough !

We have been with Time Finance for 2 years now for Invoice finance - the level of service compared to the previous we used - a world renowned bank -is huge.

We have a point of contact - kerry - who has been out to meet us once and is always on the end of the phone as is her team.

In addition to the pricing being much lower they actually will speak to us and help us when problems have arised and even helped us fund larger orders by being flexible with the facility.

we have recently renewed for another 2 years and look forward to carrying on the relationship for many years to come.
