Time Finance have provided us with excellent service over the past 2 years. Communication is second to none, queries are answered quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend.

A professional organisation, friendly, supportive & efficient

We have been using Time finance for Invoice factoring now for a few years. They are the best factoring service we have used. In particular I am very grateful for my operations manager Charlotte Holley. She has done so much for our business and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would still like to have my day to day contact as Max Gregory. He was impressive. I have never ever dealt with anyone as efficient as him and I am unlikely to ever come across anyone like him again. I would do anything to have him back. However, all the staff at Time are lovely to deal with.

I would recommend Wayne Spratt and Time Finance to anyone looking to invoice finance.
Wayne was referred to me by a trusted accountancy. He visited the company and I was immediately at ease. Wayne was professional from this beginning right to our successful engagement with Time Finance. At each step to this Wayne was very supportive and continues to be so.

Always contactable, maybe after awhile

Feel my mental health and physical health has not been thought about by this company. I made contact on the 8th September. Not follow up ignored. Emailed again the Monday 11th. No response but an auto reply saying 24/48hours. Called again13th. Told some horrendous news considering we are struggling. Told a complaint would be made. Asked for my personal bank details to look into my complaint. Provided and chased today all day. All managers tagged and no response from one person. I feel miss sold and let down by Time Finance. I explained some very personal details to then be ignored. Its awful service and would avoid if possible.

The client team are always on hand when needed and very proactive ensuring any issues on a day to day basis are resolved promptly.

Rob who set us up was great & explained everything & our relationship manager Adam has been fantastic & really helpful. If we have any issues or queries they are dealt with straight away. I wanted to borrow quick and easy. I love these ladies in Roxboro, NC. They are great. Talked to me as a person. Was always polite whenever I called with questions. I had my money same day as applying. I was able to get my car fixed and back on the road because they took time for me. Thank you all.

Good to deal with and understand our industry.

This company is a fraud. We took furniture loan which we finished and they started charging us 2nd charge for 2 years without sending us intimation letter to cancel the direct debit or sending annual statement of deductions or a single email in that regards. Be very careful with this company. We complained but they said we signed the contract. which means when u borrow 3k from them. they can deducted the 2nd hire charges for lifetime of the account. without doing a single communication - no letters, emails or statements by the team which clearly shows their intension of stealing money quietly from people.

We have been working with Time Finance for 8 years and although we have been looked after very well over those years, our new relationship manager, Kerry Hodgson, felt that a review of the renewable contract between us was warranted. I am very happy that we carried out this review and we have a new 2 year working relationship coming up with an introduction to the asset finance office. Kerry was very professional and knowledgeable during discussions and her experience was invaluable.
