Our experience with timeforyou cleaning has been great so far. Our cleaner is great! She is very thorough and adaptable to varying needs. The basic weekly clean she does though is amazing. Terrible Service
I discussed the requirements with Pat over the phone. My brief was not passed on to the cleaner as my instructions were ignored. The cleaning was not complete to a satisfactory level. I paid for six hours and only three rooms were cleaned, and not very well.
My complaint has also been ignored, and no refund given or resolution reached at all. I paid £150 for basically nothing, then had to pay another company to actually do the job. Terrible service!

This relates to Greater Belfast Time for You.
Terrible, dodgy and unethical company. Once you sign a contract they say you have forfeited your statutory 14-day cooling off period. They then send a cleaner that they clearly don't care is useless (cleaned less than half the house) and tell you that you cannot break your contract without paying a large financial penalty. I ended up paying total of £103 for a two hour clean where the cleaner was late and cleaned less than half my house. The manager responded to my valid complaint with a borderline hysterical essay-length email, completely unwilling and unable to accept valid criticisms. The company then threatened to take me to court to obtain a cancellation charge. Dreadful company, pretty much a scam. Avoid.

"I am personally disappointed to have received such a negative review, as I am sure the cleaner in question is also. At Time for You Greater Belfast Ltd, customer satisfaction is extremely important and I always endeavour to resolve any complaints that I receive within 24 hours. This is why I responded with a reasonable and justified explanation to this client within this timescale. I am a small business who gives self employment to people in the community. I pride myself in being honest and ethical in everything that I do within my company. Every service I offer is clearly explained at a sign up appointment and is fully backed up and clearly stated in our terms and conditions. I also double check with every client that they understand everything that they are about to sign and ask if they have any further questions. I do, indeed, have a 14 day cooling off period. Again, this is explained at sign up to the client and furthermore it is also explained that she/he has a right to waive this right to cancel and get the cleaner in as soon as we have someone available. This client obviously waived her right to cancel as she agreed to the cleaner starting as soon as we had someone available. I only take on cleaners who fit in with the ethos of my business, that is, who are honest, reliable, ethical and hard working. I spend a lot of time and effort finding these people. I am committed to resolving any issues to the best of my ability but unfortunately in the rare circumstances where a client refuses to pay for work undertaken, I have no option to resort to the legal system for a fair and justified outcome, which was necessary in this case. This client had unrealistic expectations. At the end of the day, the client expected the cleaner to clean a 5 bedroom, 3 storey house in 2 hours on a fortnightly basis. We pride ourselves in giving clear and concise information and advice to all our clients. Each home is different and expectations must be managed to ensure a happy client. We would never advise clients to purchase more hours than are necessary but we do ask them to be realistic in their expectations. The client expectation that it could be completely cleaned within 2 hours (on a fortnightly basis) was entirely unrealistic. Finally none of my numerous other clients would refer to my business as a scam, terrible or dodgy."

Everything about time for you has been fantastic. From my initial visit. My cleaner Eva, and the company always replacing with another cleaner with plenty of notice if Eva is on holiday.
Eva is amazing, she is very friendly, polite, always on time, we have her for three hours a week. The house is always amazingly clean, she goes above and beyond. I don't think I have met a cleaner who works as hard.
Also my dogs love her â€ïž and are always so pleased to see her.

I have been using Time4You Surbiton for c3 years now and have had a positive experience with them. There was a helpful initial visit when I discussed my needs, after which we appointed my first cleaner. As to be expected, cleaners don't usually work in the same role for years - so a couple of times someone has left to pursue other things and a new person found for us. Our current cleaner is excellent. Time4You have always asked for feedback about the cleaners they've supplied, and made adjustments with the approach if needed. Its wonderful to have a fortnightly cleaner, and one less aspect of life admin and household maintenance to take care of myself. Would recommend this company.
