Timeless Chesterfields レビュー

My experience was wonderful from start to end. I live in Pennsylvania. It was very easy to get in touch with Timeless Chesterfield. They did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way. We opted to have the concierge service which meant our sofa was assembled and put in place and all the boxing materials removed. Everyone who works at Timeless Chesterfield was wonderful! Most importantly sofa is beautiful and professionally made and exactly as it was described. We could not be happier!

We have received the sofa today. Its quality seems impressive and it is really beautiful in the office. This is something I have dreamt about for 10 years !

Received my Chesterfield sofa and footstool couple of days ago. They both look great to the finest detail and I get many compliments from guests. The living room, where we placed the furniture, looks very cozy now that me and my family mostly spend our time in there and the sofa feels so comfortable both for sitting and sleeping. I wanted a Chesterfield sofa for a very long time and since I decided to get one, it was a tough job to find one that would meet my expectations - there was always something wrong, either the size, materials or designs that mostly looked like poor replica. Then I came across Timeless Chesterfields and I realized that I just have to order it from master craftsmen. The customer service is also very helpful and friendly.
Until next time!

Dear all, Thank you so much for the two most beautiful sofas! Masterpieces of excellent quality and fine craftsmanship. The bespoke measures as well as the chosen fabric fit perfectly into the setting of the new living room and highlight the refurbishment.
Your friendly support and advice during the period of planning up until shipment was very much appreciated.
Quality furniture combined with courteous and professional customer services?! See Saxon Ltd., Lancashire! A very good experience.

Delighted with our Chesterfield products and the service provided. We configured our sofas online, received timely and frequent updates, delivery and setup was predictable, friendly and courteous. What more can I say, perfect and seamless transaction and it’s not an insignificant amount of money - great product, great service !

The entire experience, from beginning to end, was excellent. We had all of our initial questions answered promptly, received multiple samples in the mail to help us choose color and leather type, and felt well taken care of by everyone we encountered at Timeless Chesterfields. It’s nice to know that we can receive a quality product combined with quality service and customer care.

I am really pleased with the Chesterfield sofa that I purchased from Timeless Chesterfields. The quality of the sofa is excellent and I was kept well informed from placing the order to delivery. As production was about to start I received a sample of the leather so that I could confirm that my chosen colour was as I expected. The delivery staff were very professional with the sofa well protected until it was placed in position and all packaging was removed by the team
This was my first purchase from Timeless and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Timeless gave an excellent service from start to finish, from on-line ordering to on time delivery. Communication by email and 'phone was efficient and their care taken in ensuring our happiness with our order was without fault. Oh, yes the sofa is of expected quality too. Don't have any worries or concerns about using this company.
