Several years already that I was waiting to buy a Chesterfield. From several websites I visited I finally choose Timeless Chesterfields and … no disappointment.
From the first contact for information request till final exchanges after delivery it was perfect. Quick and precise answers to questions, concerns, ready to adapt to my delivery requirements, delivered in time as planned, friendly contacts … so unusual nowadays …
And finally the pleasure to open the box, unwrap everything and discover this so long expected great Chesterfield sofa that has found its place in my study room.
Happy customer from the beginning till the end.
Thank you.

We were delivered from our couch yesterday morning and everything went perfectly. The sofa is as we expected and we like it very much.
I’d like to thank Pauline for the whole transaction since the beginning and despite the health crisis, as well as for all exchanges we have been able to have by email.
I think we’ll be in touch about another purchase !!!

I bought a 2 seater and matching chair from this company online as we live up in Scotland. When ordering furniture without actually seeing it in reality, there's always a bit of a risk but, in all honesty, the furniture was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Communication was top notch throughout and they even sent a sample of the actual fabric roll ours would be cut from to double check the colour was exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend this company enough; the furniture is exquisite and the staff extremely professional. Order from them without hesitation and sit back and enjoy!

A brilliant experience from order through to delivery (and just before lockdown too!). We are delighted to finally have a chesterfield in a modern bold red with matching chair and it is made beautifully. Delivery team were brilliant. Thank you.

Fabulous delivery considering I live in France was excellent and such lovely helpful people

Amazing sofa the process was so easy and communication was top notch even during COVID.

Used the online ordering service to buy a Chesterfield 3 seater settee and matching chair - in silver crushed velvet. I must have asked for about 12 samples before I chose the colour. Excellent service throughout the entire process. My only concern was whether the seats would be soft enough - they are perfect. Oh, and the cat absolutely adores sleeping on the arms, the back and the seats - so a clear 5 stars from him.

Excellent customer service. We were kept fully informed from the point of ordering, through manufacture and the payment system. All this followed by a delivery team that were extremely professional and efficient.
Would have no hesitation is recommending this company and the quality of its products.

First class service and first class Chesterfield. Beautiful quality and workmanship. Excellent customer service. Kept informed every step of the way. Chair delivered with ease and professionalism. What more can we say 5 stars all day long.

Super Qualität ! Netter freundlicher Service!!!

What a fantastic company and support team ..we are in our seventies and required a replacement recliner..beautiful superbly made chaise lounge arrived yesterday. The delivery team had a long walk to install it..all done with courtesy and a smile..no problem was their very genuine approach.. they also dissembled and relocated the existing chair.. again absolutely no problem ..we can’t praise the Saxon Team highly enough .
We were kept fully informed throughout the order process and delivery was timely and efficient..all round ...just brilliant.

Returned a Chinese leather sofa from Wayfair in Dec.2019, delivered missing its legs, acceptance refused, I opted to check on-line with Saxon Furniture. Their people worked with me to provide a similar sofa in style and color, but $1000 cheaper, with superb English craftsmanship. So glad Wayfair screwed-up giving me an opportunity to purchase from Saxon. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking superb quality at reasonable price.

We bought two Scroll chairs from Timeless Chesterfield. We were hesitant at first about the prospect of purchasing a higher value product online, especially about the delivery process and all that it entails (from UK to Canada). But the international shipping team at Timeless Chesterfield was so courteous and professional that the whole process, from choosing the product all the way to final delivery was surprisingly easy and efficient. The chairs themselves are really well crafted, beyond what we were hoping for. We would order again without hesitation!

I bought 2 Chesterfieldsofas and everything was perfect. These handmade english furnitures are beautiful and you feel and see the high quality of english craftsmanship. The delivery was fast and without problems. They have a good and friendly service.
