Awful company to deal with. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unit went faulty just out of warranty and despite confirming it had. An internal fault which was likely there from new they have refused to do anything to rectify the issue. Even charged to confirm the fault and then had the cheek to try to charge to send the faulty unit back. Had I have read other reviews before buying I wouldnât have dealt with this company. We were looking to source over 900 units for all our sites across the country but I will take my business elsewhere. Disgraceful.

Constant problems with the server not being reachable leading me to think they are a tin pot organisation which need to restart a remote desktop computer somewhere every time there is a Microsoft update.
Service and support are constantly unavailable, no one accepting calls, you get a recorded message which loops and never gets answered. The finance department answer though, strangely enough.
Email is the only route to reporting technical issues and you get an automated response telling you that due to Corona Virus they are operating a reduced workforce, (aren't we all?) If you can get hold of a human being technical support is good, a rare event though. Everyone is furloughed.
Still charging for a full support package but they are not providing this. We have had issues ongoing for a couple of years. Will be resourcing a more reliable product in 2021, I doubt that this organisation will survive as their customer service is diabolical.
Complicated system, extremely expensive and the support team has been very rude and unhelpful when we have needed them. When it came to cancelling they asked that a whole year be paid, because we had not cancelled in writing 60 days prior the annual renewal of the support contract. Very mercenary and poor all the way. We use an App now and it's absolutely great.

Bought a geotime 200 a few months ago, not easy to set up just the support line a few times. Then changed my laptop 2 weeks ago, couldnt find the cd disc so phoned the support line, to be told it would be an additional £100 to send another cd out. When i loaded it onto my new laptop there was no previous data so tried to restore from old laptop via support line but they failed to do it correctly. When i phoned back couldnt get through and got cut off after 30 minutes holding. Sent an email only to be told data migration is not part of support and would be £250 extra. Very poor after sales service
Due to staffing problems during lock-down we had a few issues with our system, but the support team were really helpful and supportive - our calls were returned quickly and our queries resolved. As a small business we depend on great customer support like this and would highly recommend Time Systems.
Avoid at all costs. We were initially pleased but when things do not work properly, you start to find out the other side. If you are unluckly enough to put in a clocking system on which you calculate peoples wages, make sure you do not throw away your old system no matter how bad it was because you will need it when you have to take the Time Systems unit down, send it back and wait for them to decide if you were telling the truth about a problem. A reliable working system is not what they sell; they sell something which might work the majority of the time, but then it might not. And be prepared to wait a considerable period of time for issues to be considered by 'management' who will then write to you and explain where you failed to act responsibly and remind you of warranty terms, as if the previous group of people you dealt with had not already.
EDIT: in response to the reply by Time Systems (UK) Ltd, I feel it would be remiss of me to allow their misleading reply to be left unexplained. Time Systems are indeed correct, we have placed two separate orders for two separate devices. As I said in my original review already, do not make the mistake we did of getting rid of our old system. The unfortunate reality for us, which is clearly lost on Time Systems (UK) Ltd, is that you do need a backup system ready to take over at any moment. It is not possible to operate a clocking system using one device because it is so unreliable. Time Systems (UK) Ltd you are not sorry at all- if you were you would have taken our feedback and invested in your product to make it work reliably which would speak for itself by way of more positive reviews, not gloat at the fact we have to have two devices to do the job of one so that when (not if) the unit fails again we have another as a hot spare. You are fully aware that two units have now completely failed for no apparent reason, but luckily because we had ordered a second unit following the first failure, the second failure was less of an operational problem. Dear reader beware; you too will also need two units to complete the job of one, but also beware that if you are unfortunate to have enrolled your users using biometrics, none of the functionality to copy them across to another unit works reliably, so all users must be added all over again. Time Systems (UK) Ltd, do you wish to aggravate the matter further, or accept that you might have more important matters to attend to?

Just purchased the GeoTime 10+ time clock. Spoke with the company once to find out about shipping (they did not send a shipping email with tracking number until after I called to inquire and the email the sent was to correct what they told me on the phone). When I received the time clock it did not include the registration code. Multiple calls and an email. Still no answer.
Buggy installation. components that did not need registration only opens to the error boxes.
Would strongly recommend against. Terrible communications.

Have bought two machines and after initial set up and paid upgrade not needed them, slight issue with usb stick not working advised buy a new one and call back upon calling back asked for technical support got put through to sales team who like any shady car dealer tried to be nice but without telling me a cost until i asked for him to stop beating around the bush and how much Funnily enough its about the same as a new machine !!!! terrible company do not use, tried to speak with their MD Rita Coppeletti to which i was told in meeting and wont take calls !!! how can this be ?? shocking Have a office local i wonder if a doorstep visit might help ?
We have had this machine for about 6 months or so and we have struggled with the software for it and even more so with the technical support. I tried contacting them several times and they dodged my calls until we got outside the free support time frame. They are able to dodge calls because when you call there is no one that answers, its just a voicemail and you have to leave a message and hope they call you back. Which they never did. They then finally emailed (they had it because of initial setup) 5 weeks after the first call and said we were no longer supported. I emailed back asking if we could get help since it took so long to reply or for us to be able to purchase support services and never got a reply. We love the machine as it's accurate, and works well but the software and tech support are the worst on earth. EDIT: This review is from a US company. Sorry I forgot that part. I did try to email the parent company but didn't receive a reply.
EDIT to add to Time Systems Reply: Your US office has nothing but a voicemail. I have tried to email you directly only to receive absolutely nothing in return.
EDIT I did after the reply from Time Systems finally get help with the problems we were having and they solved that. I still will leave the review low because it took way too much to finally get that help. As I stated we do like the machine but the technical support and the software defiantly leaves something to be desired.

I bought a Geotime 200 a few weeks ago. When I bought the product the sales team were really helpful and helped me work out the right product for my business. I spoke to them a couple of times this week to get help with running reports etc and they were really patient, nothing was too much trouble. Really glad I bought from this company and would recommend.
I just bought Geotime200, its fantastic and really will make easy your clock in system, I found the set up a bit difficult but dont worry just call them and they help you. I found that every time I have called this company before buying and after buying everyone is so so helpful.

Recently bought this unit to replace an old system we had. Was able to set most of it up myself but did get stuck on a feww settings. Calling Timesystems Uk got me speaking to a tech person who was able to sort problem out. They also use a live connection to my PC and adjust setting etc. All worked very well
Very helpful but we are a 7-days per week operation, so it would be useful to have some back-up over weekends and bank holidays.
