Bought a Ford grand cmax from here and I'd like to say absolutely brilliant from beginning to end no stress and no drama with nothing being a problem was even offered to take the car on a 50 mile trip to show my other half as she was in work when I went to take a look at it brilliant customer service and after care we'll done would definitely recommend them well done and thanks again

I bought a volvo V5 car from Tristan/Tim and it developed a problem on the way home. The garage said the warranty would cover it and they honored there word and repaired it at my local volvo dealer. love the car and service. Thanks

Recently purchased a vehicle from Tim Hayward. Couldn't ask for a more helpful service than we received, particularly as our original visit had to be cancelled (weather) and there was no problem in rearranging. When we arrived the vehicle was ready for us to view and was in excellent condition and well presented. Have now had it for a couple of weeks and fully satisfied - wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim Hayward Car Sales to anyone looking for a good buy.

Tristan was polite, made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the forecourt. There was no pushing for me to buy the veichle just let me and the hubby have a look round.. I'm over the moon with purchase. Tristan was honest and knowledgeable. Can't thank him enough that I got a car that I have always wanted... nothing was to much trouble and kept to his word aswell.. I had a few problems with my car but Tim and the team stuck by their warranty and paid for anything that was required and that's amazing. The only reason it's not 4 stars is because I wish id gone for a different car as I think mine wasn't looked after by its previous owners.

Very pleased with the car with one exception. The front tyres are pretty worn and will need renewing soon. I paid nearly £27000 cash for it and would have expected a couple of new tyres on the car for that money. I've had them priced at £120 each so it wouldn't have been a fortune. If I had been in Cardiff instead of buying online I would have asked for them to be renewed before I bought.

Just bought an E Class off Tim Hayward and couldn't be more delighted ! The car is better then described, the service was excellent and the communication throughout was second to none. Wouldn't hesitate to refer to anyone thinking of buying a quality used car. The main dealers could learn a thing or two from these guys.

I bought the car unseen but was reassured by Tristan that it was in great condition. He was professional, friendly and very helpful by sorting my tax, number plate change all on the phone. It was the right decision as the car was perfect when Peter the driver delivered it. He drove 180 miles to deliver the car to me in Sussex, and he too was extremely friendly and professional, what a lovely man!

This was an excellent car buying experience. The car was exactly as described, well priced and immaculately prepared. Tristan was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful.

From initial enquiries, viewing and test drive of the vehicle to purchase and home delivery the service offered by Tristan was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy.
Hopefully we will not need to test the after service offered by the warranty, at this point in time happy to recommend and would use again.
