I recently visited Tim Hayward Car Sales to view a BMW Series7, which was immaculate, from the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Tristan was really helpful, and made the whole experience very enjoyable, I would definitely go to them again.

I bought the car, which they had serviced by BMW prior to me collecting it. I part exchanged another vehicle, and I have to say that they were really fair with the P/X price.

The BMW X1 was in very good condition and all as set out online.Very friendly and relaxed service and I was encouraged to take a full test drive. All the relevant paperwork was available to view and Tristen completed the registration and tax online for me on the day.
The car was delivered later that afternoon with half a tank of fuel and valeted
If the after sales service is as good as their sales service I will be a very satisfied customer.

What a great bunch of guys. Honest, straight forward and energetic. They work very very hard to make sure your are happy with your purchase and no question or job is too small for them to help you with.

We never felt pressured at any step of our journey with them. To summarise would we buy again from them Absolutely.

I would recommend Tim Hayward Car Sales highly. I came all the way down from Scotland to purchase a car Tim had in stock. Great service throughout! After sales service was impeccable even after a small fault arose on the car. I contacted Tim/Tristan and this was sorted out without delay. Would definitely use again. :)

From the moment I picked up the phone to inquire about my recent purchase, Tim Hayward Car Sales were a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure sales and it was all very relaxed but professional. Took a part exchange and gave a fair price, sorted the existing tax on the vehicle and new vehicle and also offered to help with a personal registration plate transfer. Nothing was too much trouble even post sale. I would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of purchasing a new vehicle.

I purchased my Mini Paceman Monday, and can’t be happier, the salesman was a gent from start to finish, my experience was second to none, I needed a few small dents knocked out of my new car to bring it back to new, and that’s exactly what I got!! The body work was undetectable, and I’m very particular.. from the customer service to the turn around was brilliant.
