Ordered my cute little shoes for my Grand daughter, what got my attention was lightness of shoes on her feet as she's learning to walk.
They are soft on her feet and not a weight like normal shoes it's great so thanks for shoes that help our teeny weenies in their transition from floor to walking out the door. Best buy for this little girl.🙂😇😊

Customer service is horrible, have been waiting since November for my order.....no response to several emails. I want my money back since they can't seem to deliver what they promised!!

We’ve loved these shoes and bought many sizes! They’re easy to deal with, stay on, and our kiddo finds them comfortable.

For my first order I got the smallest size shoes, and the next size up to try on my 9 month old. She will be able to wear the smaller ones this spring/summer as she learns to walk and grow into the next ones! I love the design and how cute, flexible and easy these shoes are! The company has been great. Wonderful customer service and easy shipping, I absolutely recommend giving them a try. I'm very glad I did and excited to order more as my daughter gets older.

Rip off. I do not recommend. I posted a review on their website. They never showed it.
I ordered a “mystery box” which implies a physical box of items. They never sent it. When I inquired, only then did they send a “mystery gift” which consisted of PDFs. Useless things like PDFs of flashcards that I’m supposed to print out? What kind of flash cards are they? On flimsy paper from my printer? I expected a physical box of something. They refused to refund my money.

I mistakenly placed an order as I expected one more confirmation screen. I was trying to confirm the final price and next thing i knew i had placed the order. As soon as i received the order confirmation email I replied asking for my order to be cancelled (within 3 minutes of getting the order confirmation). A few hours later I was informed that the order was already in processing and could not be cancelled, i would have to receive the items and then request a refund. I reached out further requesting to cancel as I didn't think this was an unreasonable request since my order wouldn't have even had a chance to ship yet. Still, they said no, it took l nearly 24 hours for my order to finally ship, plenty of time for the order to be cancelled. 10 days later, received the order, immediately emailed to request a refund and was told I would have to pay the shipping back to China, which would basically be half the price of the order itself. They have terrible customer service and I would never order from them again.

It took awhile for my order to arrive but when it did, I was happy with the quality of the shoes and the cute design. These shoes help my baby to have more confidence when she walks and saves me worry from her slipping, great product! Love them.

Long review from a mom and a podiatrist:
Ive had multiple pairs of these shoes and as a mom and podiatrist, I can say these shoes are good for young kids. The fact that they come up high is great because kid's ligaments aren't well developed yet and they roll their ankles everywhere (which is normal amd doesn't hurt them). But with regular shoes, every time they roll their ankle (which is a lot) the shoe comes off. With these shoes, the shoe stays on because the sock comes up high. Huge plus!
Also, parents sometimes dont always pay attention when shoes are getting too small but that can hurt a kids pedal development. Because these shoes are sock like, they allow for some room for error while still having a little extra rubber for protection at the toe area for when they stub their toes, as they do.
These shoes are definitely a step above the rest and will continue to recommend them!

I had really high hopes for this brand. The designs are adorable and seemed perfect for my little one. Unfortunately, I’ve been very disappointed with the quality.

The shoes arrived with a large hole in them, which was frustrating right from the start. It’s now been 20 days and I’m still waiting for the replacement pair to arrive.

I also ordered socks from their website, and after my baby wore them for just a few hours, loose threads started coming out around the patterned areas.

Overall, the products look lovely, but the quality has been very disappointing.

Overly satisfied the little ones loved them and will be purchasing bigger sizes for the future highly recommended

They are so adorable and are very practical sock/shoes for young children! Also, the customer service I needed to track a parcel was superb. They answered me promptly and helped me with the up to date information. The booties were a gift for a family that just loves them for their little boy.

I made a purchase at the beginning of March for their buy one get 2 free deal. I never received my package. I tried contacting the delivery company 17track who in return mentioned I had to speak to the logistics company in charge of the item delivery, they gave me a website that was in Chinese. Never received any communication back. I emailed support and they practically stopped responding. I basically paid money and didn’t receive anything, feels like I was robbed. Don’t but from the company they ship from China, ghost you if there are any complaints and steal from you. I was really excited to receive them but I will not buy them again.

We love Tiny Explorings sock shoes. They provide comfort for our son's feet and easy to travel with. I've ordered twice with this company and very satisfied with the quality. Most important, they are the cutest little shoes on my little guy's feet. Thank you Tiny Explorings for your amazing customer service and addressing our needs. We decided for our trip up north in the cold to purchase the winter edition sock shoes with the warm insole inside and they did not disappoint. Just too cute!

Trying Tiny Explorings, they fit perfectly, he can walk fine and they are sturdy and give GREAT support. I will be ordering more in the future! There is a longer than usual time but it’s worth the wait with how good the shoes are!

Ordered three pairs in a "buy one get two free" deal back in January and never got the shoes. I asked for a refund and they kept telling me "well we sent them out, but you can return the shoes for a refund, sorry!" Don't buy from this brand. Total scam!!!

Got them during a deal. Love how easy they are to put on. Soft Baby is a little small for them. And hasn’t started walking yet but it I’m getting him use to the feel.
