I orders a pair of max Mara boots that when they arrived were too large. I have asked 4 times for a return label and no one has responded to me. Trying to figure out how to get them back to T Luxy and get a refund!!

we have looked into your case and we can confirm that we sent you an email with the return instructions and shipping label on date 19 January. After checking the tracking details we can see that the label has not been scanned by the courier, so the parcel has not been shipped back to us yet.

The Handle of the Bag was broken
The Handle of the Bag was broken, when got it out of the Box. It looks that it was already broken before you sent it with UPS, because the Ring that inside the Bag. I’m very disapointed.

Sowohl der Versand als auch die Retoure verliefen ohne Problem.
Das Produkt war ordentlich verpackt, in gutem Zustand und ich hätte es behalten, wenn es die passende Größe gewesen wäre.

Speed di balenciaga con scatola originale rotta
Ho acquistato il giorno 17/12 le sneakers speed classiche di balenciaga, doveva essere un regalo di Natale e mi sono state inviate con la scatola originale in condizioni pessime, addirittura in un angolo con lo scotch. Bruttissima la scatola anche all’interno. Sono scarpe che costano quasi 700 euro quindi meritano un servizio diverso. Sarebbe stata gradita una mail prima dell’invio di tale scatola.

after a deeper look into your case we can see that you have ordered only one item from our store T.LUXY
Your order was placed through Miinto marketplace, but only one item was from our store (and it was shipped within 24 hours from the order date and time).
The second item you purchased was coming from another store, and we have no responsability about their delivery delay as we are separate stores.
