È-commerce non all’altezza dei sui rivali!! Non si riesce a parlare con una persona fisica!! Solo contatti e-mail. Ho ordinato per sbaglio una felpa di marca dsq2. Ho sbagliato sia colore che taglia. Ma fatto l’ordine.. ormai è finita. Ti arriva punto è basta!! Ho provato in mille maniere a mettermi in contatto,questa volta via e-mail.. è non mi hanno neanche risposto.. dimenticavo sono anche cari!!sconsiglio vivamente questo è-commerce👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮

Gentile Cliente,
dopo aver analizzato il tuo reclamo abbiamo notato che il tuo ordine e' stato effettuato attraverso il marketplace Miinto.
Come gia' spiegato durante le nostre conversazioni mail, quando un ordine viene effettuato non sul nostro sito diretto ma attraverso altre piattaforme, qualsiasi comunicazione relativa a cancellazione, modifica ordine, reso o quant’altro, deve necessariamente passare attraverso il marketplace (Miinto) in quanto la vendita e la transazione e' avvenuta li e noi ci occupiamo solo della spedizione.
Per cui avreste dovuto chiedere l'annullamento ordine direttamente al servizio clienti Miinto.

Speriamo di essere stati esaustivi, restiamo chiaramente a disposizione per qualsiasi altra informazione o chiarimento.

Dear Cynthia,
we have looked into your case and we can confirm that we sent you two emails with the return instructions. First time on date 7 February and the second time on 12 February (where we have replied to your email so the email address is correct)
After checking the tracking details of the label provided to you via email we can see that the label has not been scanned by the courier, so the parcel has not been shipped back to us yet.

We truly regret for your disappointment.
Your order was placed through Miinto Marketplace, and shipped from our store with label and courier provided by Miinto. We have been informed few days ago from Miinto that your parcel got lost during shipping and that you will be refunded.
Unfortunately this is not under our control, You must contact Miinto customer service in order to receive further assistance about your order.
We remain at your disposal for any further clarification.

I emailed for a return and no one contacted me back. the shoes are too small
