I cannot recommend Connor at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors highly enough. From start to finish, Connor was outstanding. As stressful as having to use a family law solicitor firm is in the first place regarding child arrangement, I can wholeheartedly say that Thomas Manfield and Connor McKee in particular has done everything to make it less so. Awful experience with Reshma Sunassee and Thomas Mansfield in general.

They exploit clients, double or triple charge and made the entire ordeal horrendous. As soon as I changed Solicitor's, I realised how awful the experience was with TM.

They applied a tonne of resources that weren't required in order to overcharge. They attended Court with 3(!!) people, at a huge cost! Even my Barrister said it was unnecessary.

Do the right thing and use another firm - you'll seriously regret using TM.

The customer service was reliable, efficient and friendly. The legal advice received was good, and reflected in court. The approach was inline with how I wished to go about things. The lead on the case was available for phone calls, and easily contactable. Support staff kept the flow of documents going, and covered when the lead person was away. The Barristers recommended acted professionally, worked hard on the day in court, and were on the ball. Although a lengthy procedure, a final fair and successful result.

Kate was very helpful and amazing rhroughtout. Very attentive and patient with explaining things in simpler format, to enable better reasoning behind the entire process...
