Slightly slower response times on weekends

We have been with Toda Pay for several months and the experience has been positive overall. The payment infrastructure is reliable and our account manager is responsive during the week. We have noticed slightly longer response times on weekend queries which is worth mentioning. It does not affect operations significantly but faster weekend support would be a welcome improvement. The platform itself performs consistently well.

account manager actually cares

maybe sounds like a small thing but having an account manager who follows up proactively is huge. ours checks in regularly and flags anything that might affect our flows before it becomes a problem. that kind of attentiveness is rare and we genuinely appreciate it.

Not perfect but genuinely solid overall

We had a minor delay during our initial onboarding due to some documentation back-and-forth on our end. Once that was sorted though everything moved quickly. The payment processing itself is fast and we got good support from them throughout the setup. Minor friction at the start does not change the fact that the platform performs well day to day.
