Toms Garage Doors レビュー

Very promt. Same day

The engineer was really good. Resolved the issue very quickly and gave us some useful advice for moving forward. Very good service for the call out fee.

Transparent 'phone contact. quick service, check, fix, and advice from helpful technician. Shame he didn't have the a suitable screw screw for a full solution. .

Arrived quickly as promised and secured my garage door in anticipation of a new door being fitted in due course.

Same day response to request for assessment. Very friendly and efficient engineer who was able to suggest solution. Many thanks.

Man didnt turn up to start with .
Repair last 1 month, wasn't guaranteed as promised as only a repair with new parts are guaranteed apparently , not what I was told at the time, and I was charged twice, although did get the second payment back.

easy to book time slot, fitter arrived on time. The replacement parts were fitted quickly.
The price was on the expensive side for the Springbox when you research the parts yourself. this carries a three year warranty The garage door works as it should, shop around though for quotes.

your engineer was excellent, your salesman very pushy!

Engineer arrived on time and quickly identified the problem . He was very helpful and explained the issue which fortunately was nothing major. Good service and cost acceptable

Quick and efficient and Kevin the engineer explained
Everything. Would recommend. All fixed within 48 hrs of my phone call.

They arrived on time and didn’t try to sell us a new door without looking properly at our old door. They carried the spare on the van and it was all fixed within the hour. And they guarantee their work which was good.

Super fast service from phone call to completion in just over an hour.
Thank you

Very knowledgeable, clearly explained the issue and great value too.

I contacted you as you gave a local telephone number but that didn’t appear to be the case the technician was fine polite etc but I asked for an estimate this could not be given the technician had to look at the problem contact the office who would contact me for the price I only wanted the cables replaced £249 ridiculous price eventually job done as I needed the car no option but cannot understand why they cannot give a quote for cable replacement as this surely is standard in the event of further issues this could be sorted after discussion with technician and then agreed ?

Too expensive and not upfront about how much repairs would cost

Quick to respond, very informative all the way through.the repair process and offered useful advice.to stop the door jamming happening again. Technician very.polite and.courteous at all times

Came out to look at our garage door when no one else would. Unfortunately, they couldnt fix it as the brand was a very old company that don't produce parts anymore. However they did secure the garage for us. The call out charge was also very reasonable compared to other companies.

Right from the emergency phone call, Tom's garage door were very helpful and professional, very clean, tidy and efficient.
We would very highly recommend them to anyone.

I got same day service when I asked for garage door maintenance. The engineer who attended was quick, thorough and very knowledgeable. I can only highly recommend this firm.
