Far too expensive for the ‘twiddle’ of a screw driver and pressing a few buttons ! £200 !! He’d done the job before I was given the estimate too which shows how simple it was.,Also was not informed there was a 10% reduction for pensioners at any time. I should have been informed of this when I first rang ie that IF you are a p, you get reduction. As far as I can say, it didnt appear on the net. Not happy at all

Kept informed throughout the process by office and then engineer. Left him to fix wires and he contacted me when work completed. Very professional and regret no having done it earlier.

Your engineer displayed courtesy, expertise and a friendly attitude that all proved to bring about a superb repair to our garage door. Please thank him again for us.

A quick response. A very knowledgeable young man soon used his expertise to reprogram my remote control.

Quick response and friendly staff, the cost is given upfront before work starts…… The only issue I have is that the engineer was on site for approx 20 mins and it cost 230 pounds . 🫣🫣🫣 REALLY EXPENSIVE

When I telephone what is what I know to be a local number, I expect to speak to a locally based company not a company hundreds of miles away! It was the local number that drew me to phone for service. I don’t like being hoodwinked into making me believe that they are local. As for the quote!!! The guy who came though was a credit to the company. Absolutely great, sadly sent away after paying call out. Work now done for less than half of “Tom’s” quotation.

Website advertises local, and guy turned up having traveled 2 hours.
Looked at door for 2 seconds and got the office to call and give me a quote. Massively overpriced at £300ish and then offered a better warranty for nearly £600. I declined and then received a further 2 calls from different ‘managers’ and the price came down to £200 I still told them to go as I felt it unfair the pressure selling and them just assuming you will agree because they were there.

Service was absolutely amazing. From start to finish. I booked the appointment online late at night for the next day. They phoned when the engineer was on his way. They kept me updated and didn't do anything until i agreed. No hidden costs. Highly recommend.

Arrived within an hour, fixed the issue and serviced the door as well, great service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Phoned this company as they said they were local. Spoke to someone at 9:30am and they said they could get someone that day. Waited in all day and no show. Had an automated message at 3:30pm to say Engineer wasn't coming but they would come tomorrow (Saturday) I had wasted all Friday so I booked a slot between 9-1pm because I was busy in the afternoon. Come 11:30am no show so I sent a message saying I'm going out at 1pm.
12noon a lady calls and says Engineer will be with you in an hour. I said that's no good now as I won't be at home as i explained in my message. Booked in for Monday between 8am-9am as I said I didn't want to waste any more of my time waiting in. THEN, I get another phone call at 3pm to say Engineer is on the way and I said "what are you on about, I've already told you I'm not at home today and I've booked for Monday. They clearly don't know what's going on with their bookings.
I've given 2 stars as the Engineer who showed up Monday morning was polite and did the job I needed. BUT the price was ridiculous, I needed 3 straps that had snapped and I know the parts were about £10-£15 to buy each but charged £417 for less than 20minutes work. Absolute rip off.

The who process from beginning to end was was efficiently and professionally carried out.

Good job. Well done.

On the Thursday evening my garage door was in need of a lot of help, a quick call to Tom`s and help was promised for next day. Saturday arrived, as did the fitter on his own, all done perfectly within 3 hours, I am out of trouble and very relieved and secure. How about that for full marks, plus the fee was reasonable as well.
