Engineer was good but as a company communication was poor , and quote was 3x what a local good company quoted!

Garage door stuck phoned Toms that morning came out by lunchtime and repaired.

Rubbish service, poor customer service, took 3 times to get an engineer
Price was well over priced

The staff were great, and the engineer arrived very promptly, within an hour! I only thought £200 to reattach a cable was very over priced so didn’t go ahead with the work and just paid the £19:95 call out charge

Fixed on the day. 3 year guarantee. More expensive than I had hoped for, but the parts are quite expensive and you pay for the expertise. I wouldn't have tried to fix this myself as you do need to know what you're doing or it could be dangerous!

Did not turn up for the first appointment but I did get informed - on the day - that there would be a delay. Turned up following morning. Gave a couple of
( very clear pricing ) options to carry out the repair....both rather expensive, in my view but we had no other options at that point.....accepted lower repair quote with 1 year guarantee . Nice guy work carried out quickly and efficiently. Others contacted could not attend for some considerable time, so happy with Tom's.

Good rapport with the repairer who knew what he was doing.
At £191 to open a door it seemed very expensive.
