£60.00 GBP on the 13th August and still not received my order the money was taken out of my bank but still no delivery I rang the shop and they were very helpful waiting for a delivery in store and they are ringing me on the 30th for an update

Placed an order over a week ago, it still has not been dispatched . Communication is very slow (takes a long time to get an answer or you get none whatsoever ). I can understand that delivery problems can be an issue at the moment, but better communication would be very much appreciated.

I order a similar baby product from another website the same day and got delivery within a week. It takes so so long for this team to respond to my order. More than 7 working days and I am still waiting for the email about the dispatch.

Good quality matress could not find one anywhere untill I stumbled across here. fitted perfectly will buy from here again! Thank you

I ordered a car seat from tony kealys. This particular seat I have had from them on a previous order no problem.
But on this occasion I ordered the seat said to be 5-10 working days for delivery. I waited over 2 weeks before calling as I'm aware delivery has been a problem with Corona virus. When I called I got told it wasnt in stock and they were waiting for them to come in soon and I should have had a call to tell me this which I hadn't been contacted. Then 2 days later I received a email to say the order had been cancelled. No phone call or explanation given. Very poor customer service.

Received my order which was cheaper than all the competitors pretty much straight away. I emailed customer service and advised them it was a gift and that I needed it for a certain time and they dispatched immediately and I receive my order one or two days later. Overall very happy with the customer service and speed at which it arrived.

Great service! I got exactly what I needed and it was all packed and clean when o received it.

I ordered stokke high chair one week ago. Money went through, order was confirmed. I haven't heard from TK since. I tried today calling the telephone on the website and no one picked up, I left a message.
Any update from Tony Kealys would be greatly appreciated.
Update: order arrived on 21 August (ordered 12 August) and we're very happy with the product. Perhaps an update on when the goods had been shipped or sent the tracking number would have helped.

Very competitive company will definately use again, also were very quick to answer my query regarding delivery. Excellent service.
