Fast shipping well packaged exellent comunication

I never got the item order ref TJKDRAQIC.
I filled the tracking online form and I was sent an automated reply with a ticket no. No further action was taken by the company, which by the way is misleading, as it appears on the search engine as toolpower.co.uk and as soon as one proceeds with purchasing or tracking one's order it switches to site supplies and distribution ltd. There are no other contact details or address beyond the online form.
The short of it is that I had to report this to my Bank which has credited my account with the amount I paid for the item in question, and they now make their own investigation into the matter.

I did not receive my order, tried contacting your customer services on numerous occasions without any replies

My order never arrived

Ordered a pruning saw 19 days ago, but still not received it, although the money was taken out of my account the following day.
Terrible service, I will not use this company again. Given it a one star review only because there isn’t a zero rating.

Goods never arrived, seller never responded to emails.

Don’t use this company I never recieved my order and no Communication from the company will have to claim money back from my bank

You can improve by sending my order which I paid for 2nd November and haven't received it yet, I have emailed several times and as yet no one seems interested in dealing with my issue which I have handed over to my bank to sort out.

ordered 10 hammers for work on 10/09/25, i have chased these via email 4 times as its now 19/11/25 and still no delivery or response, cant find a contact number so im having to contact my bank to attempt a chargeback , be careful i think they are taking your money and not sending the goods.

I have been unable to download my invoice. Despite using email addresses on the web site and the "contact us" email on the web site ,it simply returns as undelivered. The site has no telephone number. I therefore can not communicate with this company in order to resolve this issue. This will prevent me placing future orders.

Not received the mineral wool knife I purchased. Tried emailing the company but it said it doesn’t exist.

Easy to order but unfortunately not turned up yet sent numerous messages and got no answer from anyone

You have failed to send the item I have paid for. Failed to answer any emails querying what is happening and failed to give a refund.

I have paid for an item but didn’t receive it

Still waiting on my order nearly 2 weeks after ordering it sent 2 emails without reply, is there a phone number I can contact

They took my money on the 5th November, but did not acknowledge the order by email or other way. Now the 11th November, and still no delivery of L-BOXX ordered. Read their accounts on GOV UK, and they are clearly trading while insolvent. AVOID THIS CROOKED TRADER.

Fully agree with recent reviews, wish I had seen them sooner.
Order on 27 October and nothing delivered or confirmation of shipment.
No replies to chase emails or using online form.
Might chase via their ebay store next
