Het is een goed product tegen de buxusmot en is niet schadelijk voor vogels. Het enige nadeel is dat men het product meerdere keren per jaar moet gebruiken

I ordered the mixed pack of ‘grow’, ‘health mix’ and Xentari, plus two extra packets of XenTari, on the 16th of April (order number TBX195527) and have not yet received it. I have only received the Grow’ and nothing else. I have queried this with Topbuxus and received no response. My order cost £175 so I am very unhappy at the moment.

Terrible customer service. Still haven't received the product after ordering it a month ago - despite sending them reminder emails. They use Evri to deliver who are notoriously bad. If I was soley relying on this company, my boxes would have been eaten to death by now.

Took £97 of my money a month ago and still haven't shipped, despite 4 emails sent to chase. Excuses then just an auto reply. Not good enough.

I have bought and used Topbuxus successfully for many years, but the latest batch I purchased was absolutely useless. It would appear that by spraying the liquid on the plants it was feeding and encouraging the growth and doubling up of the catapillers.
I complained THREE TIMES in emails to Topbuxus, and they have TOTALLY ignored my complaint, but instead sent a load of rubbish telling me how they started and how the business grew, and apparently 'how good' they are!
I DON'T WANT TO KNOW - I have already accused them of being ignorant and totally unprofessional in their approach to business and customer relations.
I recommend you purchase some other product because if you have a problem and complain, Topbuxus just ignore you and treat you as though you didn't exist. Companies that perform as described above don't deserve to be in business and should be liquidated.

Great products - box hedge has never looked better.

Ordered om Monday because of their "same day" dispatch.
The order acknowledgement states confirmation will be sent on dispatch.
Confirmation did not arrive.
On Tuesday I emailed them asking about the order status. I got an automated reply saying they were all very busy fulfilling orders and they expected to dispatch before the weekend! Replies to emails would be delayed because they were all "so busy". Poor things. So same day dispatch has gone to 5 day dispatch. The cynic in me thinks that automated reply is permanent.
Whether it is permanent or not, they make false claims about their delivery performance on their website thereby committing a fraud.
As everybody who knows anything about box caterpillar, the plant can suffer devastating defoliation in days, so taking 5 days to dispatch is pretty much a death knell to plants sufferering an active attack.
I now have to go out and find some treatment urgently.
If this company that makes false promises ever does dispatch anything it will probably be surplus to requirements - the plants will either be beyond help or I'll have found another, reliable supplier. I expect they'll be difficult about accepting their own, delayed goods back, or will even refuse.
NEVER AGAIN.
The lesson is to ALWAYS check Trust pilot before ordering from a new supplier especially online.

Excellent products, I use them every Spring and Summer and they keep my box shrubs in great condition. My only gripe is that the delivery was slow.

I would love to be giving you more than a 1 star review, but considering I placed an order for £134 on 25 April 2026 and it still hasn’t arrived. And I have emailed you three times and have not yet had a reply. Your contact form on your website doesn’t work either. It’s fair to say I am not a happy customer. Hoping this review will eventually encourage someone to contact me and let me know where my order is please. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible please.

Top spul je moet er wel op tijd bij zijn anders zijn je buxessen al leeg gevreten. Ik was bijna te laat met bestellen. maar heb gelukkig weer voldoende op voorraad.

first class service even when we experienced an issue it was dealt with quickly and efficently.

General advice in email and online.
Parcel well packed.
Product works , I have no caterpillars yet other people in my village have lost most of the leaves on their hedges.

Excellent company to deal with, always keep their customers informed.

Excellent personal service. Fast delivery.

Product delivered much later than promised on their website, and too late to treat my box hedge. No reply when I tried to contact them. If the company can’t cope with a seasonal surge in demand, it would be helpful to put a note on their website informing people of the delay.
