Very slow delivery, ignored by customer service

Ordered on Sunday 3 May, the website said it would be sent next day in the UK and I have just received confirmation that it’s been dispatched on Monday 11 May.

In the meantime my hedges are being decimated.

I sent two emails chasing last week to their customer service with no reply.

Shocking service.

Product never arrived

Product never arrived. Thankfully my son had some Xentari from eBay which said it was from Topbuxus. Seems you get better service not using the website to order products.

Effective product but only if you actually get it.
