Very good product saved my bushes I would highly recommend this product. Order was straight forward and easy to do. The only thing I would concern about is my parcel was left on my front doorstep I’m lucky I live in a safe road it would be nice if the driver would leave the parcel with the next door or just inside the side gate. I’m very happy with the service and thank you for saving my bushes you got my five stars.

Easy to order and very quick delivery.

I placed an order 5 days ago - the website states for UK orders placed before 4pm, despatch should be the same day, for next day delivery. I have tried to contact the company several times to ask why the order has not yet been despatched or delivered using two email addresses they give but have had no response. I have also tried to contact them using an online contact form on their website and have received a failure message - message could not be delivered. I am totally puzzled as all other feedback online is good but am reporting this as I am worried there is a problem.

I still do not have my products or even a tracking reference for products ordered 9 days ago. After chasing, I was told 2 days ago products would be despatched that day and still nothing. I am a professional gardener and this is a bulk order so in multiple gardens the caterpillars are munching away. Hugely disappointing

I ordered product directly from Topbuxus as it was not available from usual provider. Streamline ordering process, good updates and speedy delivery. All in all excellent service.

This is the best stuff to get rid of box moth caterpillar without harming other insects… I’ve used it for years and our box is always beautiful. The delivery came very quickly

I am a fan ! The use of nematodes is new and have followed the lead although the use is controversial .
I find it extraordinary that Xentari is still not licensed in the UK !
In the plant world the caterpillar infestation is equal to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Yet the statutory bodies are staying still . In the world of medicine this would lead to prosecution . Heads should roll!
