3 month wait for cashback is false advertising

Purchased shoes via Topcashback site at Sketchers back in January and I’m still waiting for my cashback. Specifically purchased them through the site for the cashback. Queried this and was told it will take up to 3 months as it’s currently sitting with the retailer. Every time i check the it’s still pending.
My friend never received their friend referral either.
I would definitely suggest steering clear of this scam.

We confirm as stated on our site that the cashback process is estimated to take up to 12 weeks and sometimes more for some retailers. To get an exact estimate for every transaction, you would need to click on the plus button in front of the transaction on your account and you would have the exact estimate as provided by the retailer when the transaction will become payable.

Regarding your friend's referral, if they are the ones that referred you, then as stated on our site, their bonus will be credited to their account when you successfully earn up to $10 in cashback excluding bonuses.

However, there may have been a misunderstanding regarding our sign-up bonus terms. While members become eligible for the sign-up bonus upon signing up, the bonus itself is not awarded instantly. Cashback pay-outs typically take a minimum of around 12 weeks for confirmation and payment, and in some cases can take longer — particularly for subscriptions or travel bookings.
