I don’t know where this money comes from and I don’t know when the remaining money will be able to be claimed

This is legit and a great way to save while purchasing items

I've used this service to purchase goods from 6 of their affiliated retailers. 4 of those retailers I made multiple purchases over separate transactions. Only one of these retailers refused to accept my multiple purchases made via TopCashBack. These separate transactions would've amounted to approximately $190 being returned to me. So I'm not talking about little purchases. These are products that I could've purchased for below the price affiliated retailer but when I factored in the cashback return, I would've got a better deal if my cashback was honoured. I only ever use one browser specifically for TopCashBack purchases without any extensions added so that I don't have any issues with receiving cashback. Well, all 5 of 6 retailers all paid out on every purchase made without any issue. One retailer has ripped me the whole cashback amount, plus the higher initial cost of the product compared to other retailers I could've bought from. I actually now question if TopCashBack might have a hand in this, as the payout expected was pretty high. Were they keeping my cashback? Or is there affiliated retailer just dodgy? Once you know the retailer I'm talking about, yeah you'd probably think the latter. But I still have my concerns about TopCashBack. I've greatly reduced my usage of this service as I've lost all confidence in the business and think I'd be better off finding my own better deals elsewhere. I have bypassed this service for my last 12 purchases of their affiliated for 3 reasons. 1 - I can't be bothered waiting up to 22 weeks for cashback to be granted. 2 - the tiny return percentage rate is not worth it, relating also to point number 1. 3 - I have lost confidence in the service since I was ripped off by one of their affiliated retailers.

TopCashback are a great site and easy to use makes using it pleasurable. So easy to organise a payment once you have sufficient funds.

I’ve been getting cashback from booking hotels successfully for a while now. Just be sure to temporarily disable any ad blockers.

Update:
after responding via email as per reply on here & resending evidence topcashback adjusted cashback to correct amount & suggested a glitch in system may be the cause. They would've had 5 stars had I not needed to go back & forth several times with either bot or human ignoring concern & resend evidence 3 times until it a human or a competent human became involved & resolved the issue.

Beware they side with sellers who wont honour cashback category listed at time of purchase. Example: an amazon purchase of pillows was under kitchen which had upsized cashback. Seller (amazon) said oh its really home, which had barely worth buying for a few cents in cashback. Topcashback wont honour it & side with amazon/seller saying yeah listed category doesn't matter anymore we'll pick & choose what we'll pay out & how/if we'll pay out. Of course they have 90--120 days confirm & pay so your return window has closed!

Seems to me that this is quite a scam. Your cash back will sit in Pending and never clear it seems.
Waste of time.. stick to your shopback app or other reputable companies.

Give this one a miss in my opinion.

I've been with TopCashback since 2024 and had accumulated about $2,150 worth of cashbacks. I've also been with ShopBack and the now-closed Cashrewards before for much longer than i've been with TCB but both of those cashbacks sites combined i've only earned less than $2,000 in total- and that speaks volumes as to how generous TopCashback are with their Cashback rates and how easy and reliable their Cashback tracking are.

They aren't perfect, of course. I've had some issues with some of my cashbacks with them before, but the great thing about them is they always have resolved it in a timely manner AND in a manner that has always been favourable for me. Most especially one of their amazing reps at OzB, nicknamed 'TA' (the OzB community knows who i'm talking about!) goes above and beyond to help sort things out. He has, in multiple occasions sorted me out even when it seems like I won't be getting my way. Every single time, i've had it my way and how I expected it to be resolved.

That's what's great about TCB- their outstanding customer service (not that I needed it that much in the first place!) but if I ever did, I always knew at the back of my mind I was in good hands.

I highly recommend TCB if Cashbacks are what you're after. Look no further, they'll sort you out. Just make sure you adhere to their rules, READ thoroughly the do's and dont's, the exceptions and all, and you won't have a problem.

The discounts and cashback offers have always worked reliably, and the process is generally quick and convenient. The discounts also tend to be a little better than those offered by the other major cashback shopping site, which is a great bonus.
