It is my opinion this company is a TOTAL SCAM...! I would never consider them... I was brought on to work for the company and they never paid me for the 1 month of work I performed. They simply turned off my email and blocked my phone number when I asked for my paycheck. It was then brought to my attention (on my payday) from a potential client they are attempting to sell vehicles they do not have authority to sell. I would strongly suggest staying away!

SCAM ALERT

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have never seen them actually make a delivery a lot of the reviews are fake. Liars and scammers. Please do your own research; the proof is online. Long story short, I was hired over the phone by this “company,” signed a contract, and when it was time for payment, they lied about being involved in fraud. The bank locked their account, and they waited 4 weeks for a PIN from the bank. Then the check is in the mail, and they are sending fake invoices to me. IF THEY ARE YOUR AUTHORIZED DEALER, THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

This company is not legitmate, and they appear to be are operating as a scam, as their website claims they are a corporation registered and located in Port Townsend, WA. But, the State of Washington government websites have no records of any kind that this company, Top Heavy Equipment, exists, and neither does the Port Townsend, WA city government websites. They tried to hire me to sell their pre-owned heavy equipment, but after extensive research and email comm with their company staff, they could not document any proof that they are a legitimate business. Do your own due diligence.
