I had a terrible experience with Dozr and would not recommend them to anyone. There is a complete lack of proper service and professionalism across the board.

No Timely Service: The equipment did not arrive within the promised window, which completely disrupted our project schedule.

No Delivery Responsibility: The delivery process was unprofessional.

No Answers: I called and messaged multiple times but could not get a straight answer from anyone about what was going on.

No Customer Service: The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. When you finally get a hold of someone, they fail to resolve issues or take responsibility for their mistakes .

They are quick to take payment but fail to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the headache and rent from a local, reputable company instead. This platform is not worth the risk.

I always enjoy working with Dozr. Anytime I need equipment they get it to me quickly.

The team at DOZR have been great to work with in supplying all manner of lifts for our projects. Our rep, Shane Creekmore, has been very responsive and available weekday and weekends. They’ve have been quick to respond whenever problems arise and have been very helpful in resolving them. They have been a great partner in helping bring projects to completion.

Dozr has been pretty quick to help with our needs and to fix any issues that may arise. Very responsive team.

The DOZR representative we work with is responsive, educated on the equipment and follows up on every order.

I rent a lot of lifts throughout the year for our company. Dozr has always been super helpful in getting me what I need. I have not run into any issues when working with a rep.

Do not rent with Dozr. They are a scam.
I rented a lift with them and on the day of delivery, I was waiting for the equipment and it never showed up. I called them and they said it was not available anymore and will look into it.
They called back and said they found a larger scissor lift but it was more expensive and would not honour the price of the original lift I ordered.
I told them it was not my fault that they changed the size of the lift and as a goodwill gesture and customer service, they should honour the same price. They refused.
Now remember, they originally did not even deliver the original lift I ordered and did not have the courtesy to even inform me of this.
I canceled the order and they charged me a 10% cancelation fee.
This company is a major scam. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM.
There are so many other complaints such as mine and I regret not reading the reviews before I rented from them.

Easy, cheap, fast. No complaints. No surprises. Kelly on the phone was a great help. Extended my rental without any issues.

Beware of the risk of being overcharged if anything goes wrong. I rented a mini excavator for 2 days. It was a little bit bait-and-switch as the machine was smaller than I requested and from a different rental company. At the end of day 1 (after 5.6 hours of use) a hose blew at the connector and was unusable for day 2. I phoned Dozr right away but didn't hear back until a few days later. They charged an extra $550 to my credit card for the repair ($267 in parts and 2 hour labour), with no refund for the day that it wasn't usable. I should have just replaced the hose myself for $30, ridiculous.

Supplier for DOZR - they are not paying the invoices for months. And I am trying to reach the AP department for the last month and it’s impossible. They are either on vacation or elsewhere. Ridiculous.

First few orders with them went well. Then, I get a guy name Dan Demerito who I speak with trying to get an order in that I need to do fast. First, he doesn't know if they have a military discount, then he doesn't send me the quote(wrong email even though I repeated it multiple times and so did he), then when I get the quote, the promised half off on transportation fees was not there either. Given I have a tight window on when I need the d6, I proceed anyways but dozr will lose my future business as a result of this walking disaster of a representative. Very unsatisfied.

I rented a 1.5 ton excavator for a day (8 hours) but the machine broke-down with a significant hydraulic leak. I was only able to use the machine for 4 hours.

I requested a 43% refund (trying to be fair) and got nowhere with DOZR. I had to hire a lawyer to create a demand letter for the refund owed and may end up in small claims court.

DOZR ended up refunding 30% of the rental cost. I DO NOT recommend using this company for anything. Their customer service and communications are extremely poor.

I recommend going directly to the local rental companies in your area. More then likely, its the same place DOZR with contract with but for a significantly higher rental fee.

Because I made a reservation and Noone showed up, they called and said that something came up and was working on getting another forklift. I called several times and spoke with multiple people and Noone ever got back with me. Subvert rentals came through at a moments notice and I will be sure to let everyone know of the highly unprofessional service that I received!

Awful!! Both times I used them there is no maintenance after 4pm on a Friday. both times they said I would have to wait until Monday costing me 4 days of work (on a weekly rental). They said drop off was between 10-11 but it didn't show up until 3pm. Multiple requests to talk to a manager were ignored for weeks! Then a fraudulent charge to my credit card without any authorization from me. If I could do less that one star, I would! No wonder the BBB doesn't recommend them!

Because the equipment I requested was very late! Costing me the job i had to do. I asked if this could delivered by 8am, the driver did not call me until 12 noon! And to top if off you still charged my card $687!!! I've tried to let your team handle this, but all i get is excuses! I want my full refund!
Simply put you did not deliver what i needed.
And will be reporting this transaction the BBB!
Please refund my money.

HORRIBLE COMPANY -DO NOT USE. They charged me a cancelation fee when nothing was confirmed. Their employee said I wouldn’t be charged and they charged he a month later. Called and was told someone would call me back from overseas employees. They called bavk zero times after 4 attempts. Accounting who is a total joke finally responded when I disputed the charges. STAT AWAY.

I have rented from dozr several times and I noticed that on three occasions after the equipment rental you get a charge for fuel even though you put it exactly to where it was. On my last rental May 30th 2025 I received the equipment and the equipment was 3/4 tank fuel. I notified the driver who delivered from Bobcat toront and he said to take a picture of it and he also did. I notified the person in dozr who was in charge of my rental that the machine was 3/4 when I received and I said I will return at this level 3/4 on picking up the machine, he said okay. I did call dozr this time because of other occasions so wanted to see if they will charge this again. I also notified my account manager in dozr. I told the driver on pick up that the machine is filled to 3/4 right where I got it and he said okay no prob. I did get an additional bill yesterday for fuel Surcharge and I decided to do this review because they probably do this to other customers.

It’s horrible policy, I called for the rental, they took credit card taking money to process the order; I called back 15 minutes later to cancel they still charged over $200 even I didn’t give my information they asked for to complete the order, I feel they’re not good in serving customers only try to grab money

If I could it would be ZERO. I have spent almost 2 weeks trying to get my money back. They over charged me more than $11,000. I keep getting the run around. DO NOT RENT from this company you will regret it!

UPDATE 5/20/25
I still have not received a call from DOZR regarding the unauthorized charges to my credit card. I have had to cancel the card so they can't keep making charges. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them.

Stay away from this company. They sent me a bill 8 months after the project was complete. They said that they were just passing along a bill from their supplier. 8 months later??? What business does that? 60 or maybe 90 days later but 8 months?? This is after getting confirmation that our account was paid in full and nothing more was owed.
