I only went with this company based on all their 5 star reviews. I was hopeful I would get a great clean but I was left so disappointed. Their service and cleaning is absolutely shockingly poor. Many areas left completely untouched dust and grime left on so many surfaces. To make matters worse they were rude and had an attitude. This was unacceptable. Save yourself money and look elsewhere. Surely most of these 5 star reviews are fake!!

I’m impressed with the cleaning team—they did a fantastic job on my apartment! They were quick, professional, and thorough. All the carpets and furniture look like new, and they even removed dust from the most hard-to-reach spots. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend them!

I booked Top-Notch for a really deep clean of my Aunts house which had unfortunately fallen into a bit of a state due to her declining health with the kitchen being particularly bad. The team from Top- Notch turned up on time and got straight to work. I have to say they were professional, worked extremely hard and to a high standard. The transformation was really noticeable. So I would really recommend them.

Really thorough cleaning of the house. Carpets, windows and shower in particular are great.

Syed and his team were hard working, courteous and a credit to their company. We were very pleased with the deep clean they undertook for us - they did an excellent job.
