Poor customer service for long term customer

I have used Top Rate Transfer since Jan 2022 and apart from some minor delays with transfers, I was happy with their service until this past fortnight where my login suddenly doesn’t work. I have emailed, phoned and left multiple messages but no response to any enquires about this issue. It would appear they are no longer operating this business or do not care about providing poor customer service.
