Purchased 22 December as it was advertised next day dispatch for delivery.
It’s now 30 December and 5 business days later and still waiting

I just placed my first order with express shipping thinking this I was receiving my goods from within Australia, (based on the contact email shown) My order has been redirected to China. Now, I have no problem with that in itself, Its just that Iwas expecting a 1-2 work day delivery. I hope it arrives quickly

I bought the 9.6W foam cutter. The first time I used it, the long engraving tool broke. Just like that. The short engraving tool did not break but the plastic that it is made of melted under it's own temperature and now the probe is slanted. The wire is working well so far, but I could not even get the first job done because of how flimsy all is. Absolutely do not recommend.

Use and buy it. This price is not expensive.

Excellent looking product, well packaged with all accessories. Not in use as yet.

Top quality product fast delivery

When I went to charge the battery it failed to charge. I contacted you and even emailed a video of the battery being charged at your request (2/10/2025) with all three green lights flashing during the charging process.
The battery will not take charge.
I have not had any reply from you. No offer of a replacement battery, so I ordered just the battery to replace the one that didn’t work.
