Excellent smooth process for sending a gift from UK to Canada 🇨🇦 Quality products

My daughter and fiancé eloped and I wanted to acknowledge this when they told me.
Wanted a gift basket asap and Toronto baskets were fabulous.
The gift basket was with them within a couple of hours.
Marvellous when you consider that I had ordered it from Ireland

The basket was tastefully packaged and I liked how you could add on more products. I purchased a Father’s Day basket and he loved it.

This companies model is based on misleading the costumer into paying for a basket to only receive something completely different then what was promised. When you reach out to tell them they’ve sent you the wrong basket all together, they reply with “product substitutions are made when inventory runs out”. Followed by an apology that they had no time to contact you regarding unavailable items. No exchanges or refunds are given. “Thanks for your understanding”. We spent over 1 grand on these items for teachers and received something completely different than shown in the picture. This company is a complete scam, save your time and money, go elsewhere.

Horrible company to deal with. Was told at 9am my package was "out for delivery" giving a tracking button. Checked every hour until 6pm with same message "out for delivery". Called customer service and asked where the package was currently....they have no idea. After 8 hrs still not arrived. I asked if the flowers, chocolates, cakes, etc in my order were being transported in a refrigerated truck as 8 plus hours would not do well for perishable. I was told it was in a car. Package arrived at 630pm, almost 10 hours after dispatched, spending all day in a hot back seat of the car. I live 30 minutes from their distribution...the product arrived ruined - the driver said the flowers will "recover" in the morning if we add fresh water and said "if you put the chocolates in your fridge they will harden back up". The cake was a write off and we had to throw in the garbage. I called customer service and they said nothing can be done and refused to credit me any amount, even the cake. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the woman said "we're done here" and hung up on me. Warning to others - NEVER use this company. I didn't research but google the CTV news coverage on this company...I learned my lesson....$350 wasted and a birthday ruined.

They were exceptional! I am in Brazil and send a basket to my brother in Vaughan, and they help me with everything. Thank you!

Sent a birthday teddy bear dressed in a birthday hat holding a candle along with some cookies and chocolate— $120-
Basket delivered had substitute cheap white teddy in cellophane … when asked to make it right they sent me a form letter. Rip off!!! Beware. Very expensive for horrible quality. If you can’t deliver it don’t have it on the website!

Great product, I ordered it late and it still go there on the delivery date I selected which was perfect as it was for a birthday. Good presentation and good products

I had specifically told them that the basket MUST be delivered before 1:00 pm on the delivery date, as my daughter had to be to work by 3. My daughter lives in an apartment building and needed to be home to receive the basket.
It did not arrive until 2:30 and therefore, made her late for work. I was disappointed that my instructions (although clearly confirmed by Toronto Baskets) were not followed.
Having been disappointed in the delivery, I must say it was a beautiful basket for $84.

I ordered a basket from Australia for a friend in Canada who has been going through go a difficult time. The hamper had a large quantity of beautifully presented and tasty items. Even the basket it came in was very classy. Everything was delivered promptly and reliably, and I was kept in the loop of the process the whole time. Incredible service and incredible products. Highly recommended!
