Please provide us with your order number.

We reply to all support tickets within 24 hours. When an order is placed we send confirmation email , update emails and dispatch emails. Depending on the type of order between 3 and 8 emails are sent prior to delivery. If you want to view an order status you can log into your account and view the order status and history from within your account.

Your details are not associated with an order and we are unable to provide more assistance until you provide an order number.

The product was exactly what was…

The product was exactly what was ordered.
* Contact Information for the tracking of orders needs improvement.
* Shouldn't have to create an account to track orders.
* Contact info should have phone number of torque gaming and not parent company in Dublin
* Need to send confirmation of tracking number for Fastway in email not just a link to Fastways tracking site.
I do realize your website was being updated. The above information would help your customers immensely.

Contact information for our support team is dispalyed on each page of our website in the bottom right corner " HELP ICON "

It is alwasy advisable to create an account when placing an order. Account holders receive reward points and can update and cancel orders as well as see a history of past orders. Documents such as Invoices can also be downloaded from within an account.

If you checkout as a GUEST you will receive a Confirmation email with clear information as to the expected ETA of an order. You will also receive update emails as your order progresses as well as a disptach email with tracking information.

Fastway tracking nunbers are included within the dispatch email.

Probably the worst experience ever!!!!

Probably the worst experience ever!!!!!
I still don't know what is the status of an order that I requested 14 days ago!!!
Contacted their support, they said I should expect it LAST week. then never answer again.
Even after paying I did even get a confirmation.
Again. worst experience EVER.

EDIT After reading they reply.
They say the sent me a lot of emails. again. I did not get a single email. and yes I checked the spam folder.
not sure what the issue was but I was never updated of what the issue was. I sent them many emails asking and the web they point out was just showing STOCK CHECKED.... so this does not even align with the story the say about not having stock.
I have the emails I sent you with the screens I took from the web.
Again. I never knew the status of the order.

You can view an order status from within your account or you can determine an order status based on the last email we have sent to you. You have 2 orders on our syatem with one order placed on the 14th of August and the second placed on the 19th of August 2020. The order from the 14th of August was shipped on the 28th of August with 4 emails sent to you prior to shipment including a email on the 19th of August 2020 notifying you that the ordered items were not available from stock and did not have an ETA. We sent a second email 2 days later providing an estimated ETA of the 30th of August 2020. The second order which was placed on the 19th of August was shipped on the 31st of August 2020. Unfortunately orders placed for items which are stated as OUT OF STOCK can take longer to be delivered than the stated 4-10 business days from day of order processing. A notice that these items were OUT OF STOCK was displayed on the product page and again during checkout. During busy period products can go out of stock even between placing in a basket and checking out. This is why we provide a notice on the checkout page as well as the product page. The fact 2 items you orders were out of stock is unfortunate and rare.

If you are not receiving emails we have sent to you then you need to check your spam settings. Our emails are sent through a recorded service called Mailgun to ensure all of our emails get to their intended destinations.

Decent selection, quick delivery, could do better communicating delays

Really decent selection of parts and only IE shop doing finance on parts/PCs. The only issue I had was with one of the parts not being in stock at the time of order fulfillment which was not clearly communicated. However, as soon as that was resolved, the delivery was quick.

I'd definitely recommend when asked where to buy PC/parts in Ireland.

Very slow to respond to raised queries…

Very slow to respond to raised queries on delivery. Also very slow to ship item - excuse of Covid in July is not longer acceptable.

We answer all support tickets within 24 hours during business hours monday to friday.
Lockdown and covid19 restrictions have since the 16th of March affected deliveries in Ireland
and across the world. 97.8% of our component orders and 99.4% of our custom computer orders have been delivered within our stated delivery timeframes. There can be delays outside of our control as many manufactures have limited their services. It should also be noted that goods coming into Ireland through ports have been subject to small delays however this has not affected the majority of our orders. Your order was placed on the 22nd of June 2020 and shipped on the 10th of July 2020 which is an order that took far longer than normal. This delay had nothin to do with covid19 restrictions and happened because the item you order was listed as OUT OF STOCK when you placed the order and no ETA was available when you checked out. Unfortunately when items which are OUT OF STOCK when ordered it is impossible for us to provide a delivery ETA during checkout. We sent 8 emails during the order process to you to keep you informed. Items being out of stock are very rare and even more rare for a product to take such a long time to return to stock. The item you ordered comes from Gigabytes Irish distributor and not direct from ourselves or our distributions partners in Germany. This item is only available from Gigabytes Irish Distributor as it is an item specific to Ireland which means it was not possible for us to order from Gigabyte in Germany or Holland. We have stopped distributors from feeding out of stock products to our websites in an effort to stop this type of delay from happening. Please accept our apologies for the delay with your order.

Unfortunately during the COVID19 restrictions we have had to change our delivery timeframe.
80% of our orders are delivered within 5-6 business days and 98% within 9 Business Days. We have stated 15 Business days for component and pc orders however 88.8% of our orders have been delivered within the pre covid19 timeframes.

Got my xfx radeon rx 570 8gb graphics card very happy with it customer service are spot on my card was bit late but not the sellers fault like I said customer service are very helpful I will be buying more stuff soon

It must be understood that Fastway as well as ourselves are operating under restrictions in March 2020 related to COVID19 and there will be delays locally and nationally. This is beyond our control and that of Fastway.ie.

Excellent service and quick shipping.

Highly recommended, I was fortunate to find a seller who still had in stock the case I needed (Game Max Silent in White). Didn't take long to arrive despite coming from Ireland to UK. Sadly, I'm having to sell the case on as the shade of white isn't a match for my current setup (a gamble you take when ordering sight unseen). Hardly the fault of the seller though. Would buy from again as their service was impeccable.
