Placed order on the 6th if December still hasnt arrived, was advertised as 7 business day delivery.

Your order has been dispatched and we have sent you confirmation of the shipping.

Your order was placed on the 6th of December 2019 at 22.10 and the estimated delivery stated when the order as placed was the 18th of December 2019.

Your order was placed on a Friday at 22.10 which means the day of processing for your order was the following Monday.

Our stated delivery term for components is 4 -7 business days from date of order with a same day processing cut off of 2.30PM

You have seen sent a dispatch email a Fastway tracking ID and I would recommend you contact your local Fastway depot as the parcel shows as at your depot with a failed delivery attempt.

We are aware of delivery issues in Cork and Dublin with delays however your area is not affected to our knowledge. I have sent an email to Fastway however this is a local issue and you contacting your local Fastway depot is the quickest solution.

Fastway are under immense pressure at the moment as are all carriers due to this being their peak period.

Contacting support and asking for their assistance if how you could have found out that there had been a a failed delivery attempt rather than creating a review as I cannot assist you with this. I have however sent an email to Fastway on your behalf however I recomemnd you contact them to find out why they could not deliver to your address.

I state again it is absolutely paramount that you contact Fastway because once a delivery has failed and please note this could mean the driver called you on the phone and you did not pickup they will not schedule another delivery attempt until you speak with them. This is standard for all carriers as failed delivery attempts cost them time and money. At this time of year time is at a premium !

Great. Delivery driver left the box on the door however. I would say going forward there should be clear instructions for the driver to never leave a 2.5k euro piece of tech on a front door

Our carrier Fastway are under contract to obtain a signature at delivery address and under no circumstances are they to leave a parcel as you have mention.

Please contact send us an email to confirm this and we will report the matter to Fastway management.

We consider this a very serious issue and once you make an official complaint.

It is absolutely imperative that we exsure this matter is investigated and stopped from happening again.

Products arrived in great condition but .....

Products arrived in great condition and ordering them was very easy. Only negative was very long processing time for the order. I had to contact your company, only to find out the products were actually now in Germany and that it would be another week before they arrive. Considering I payed a nice price for delivery, I was expecting a more professional delivery service. I hope the company can rectify this for future customers and more than likely myself. Other than this, it was perfect.

Our delivery time frame is stated on each page of our website as well as in the order confirmation and order update emails.

Our delivery timeframe is atated at 4-7 business days from date of order with a same day processing cut off of 2.30PM. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or bank holidays.

The extended delivery time from4 4 to 7 business days allows us to included over 10,000 products including items which have been unavailable in Ireland due to Irelands reliance on the UK for distributiom.

The changes we have made were becasue of Brexit however the clear advantage of Ireland now being part of Benelux Distribution is the larger selection of products and lower price. The disadvantage is that the delivery timeframe has gone from 3-5 business days to 4-7 business days.

The advantages far outweight the disasvantages and given the fact we carry over €500,000 of stock in Ireland we believe we have made the right decision.

I was able to buy a GTX 2080Ti in…

I was able to buy a GTX 2080Ti in Ireland. I also had the option to buy it with 0% Flexi-fi finance.

The Gentlemen in the shop, helped me with my queries and followed up with me a few days later. I forget his name as it was months ago.

We need more IT stores in Ireland like this. Curry's is a rip off and is always 6 months behind for new products.

Amazon is brilliant but does not offer pay by month for Irish customers.

I am happy with my purchase. Need a new cpu and motherboard now!

If you have an issue please open a support ticket and our staff will assist you.
All products we sell come with manufacturers warranty as well as lifetime support form ourselves.
I can find no open support tickets associated with your email addreess or order.

What a bunch of cowboys!

What a bunch of cowboys!! They are quite happy to take your money but don’t get anything in return. When talking to the helpline I asked if they were going to take me out for dinner first because they were shafting me. 3 months on still no parts or cash back. Every time I complain they say I’m fake and they are going to report me to the police go a head because they’ve stolen cash from me. I wish I could leave less than one star.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Shocking company to deal with!

I made an order on the 31st of August fully expecting a long delivery time which I was fine with due to working away but once it had reached the processing stage, It stuck on 'processing-Stock checked' since 01/09/19. I contacted them on 11/09/19 for them to be surprised it was still in this state. According to their website, Once an item had been in the processing stage, The stock had been checked and payment verified.

I had tried contacting them by email, phone, help desk, Facebook etc. and eventually managed to get through on the phone, I had an email stating that my purchase changed to suspected fraud and requested I called Paypal to resolve.
I called paypal twice to be advised that the money was in their account and has been since the day of my purchase. This was apparently being followed up by Torque Gamings accountants which I doubted as I received an email after midnight stating that they do not have my funds.
On a side note, The paypal address isn't entered manually on their website, It takes you to the payment page where it is an automated process. Paypal have stated that the company needed to contact them to resolve which they never done. Instead I had to raise a dispute and finally got my money back today after they never responded to paypal.

I've never dealt with such a shambles of a company and surprised they are still on the go.

Just shop elsewhere. Please avoid these scammers.

We could not complete this order as the transaction was flagged as SUSPECTED FRAUD.
We also do not ship to the United Kingdom.

We cannot ship orders were we have not been paid and were there is suspected fraud.

This is a matter for PayPal and not ourselves as we never received payment.

Somewhat of a nightmare

So i ordered my pc over a month ago to reaceive it 8 days later with no PSU attached to the pc frame, and also 3 warning beeps on startup, sent it back and waited a further few days to receive it back with PSU attached this time but also still had the 3 beeps on start up so it had to be sent back again, the courier service in my opinion is a terrible way to transport potential returning customers pc's that are worth thousands, especially being so fragile, i think it makes more sense to have your own dedicated delivery service for the big orders etc, i will take nothing away from dave in customer service as he was great to me and helped me wherever he could, he gets 5***** and i was also very dissapointed not to receive any kind of an apology in the lines of compensation, i asked about maybe giving me a wireless antenna and i would have been much happier, or even some LED'S just to show some bit of remourse to the customer that was put out multiple times, i am overall happy with the pc it is what i ordered (apart from the motherboard) so i think i was genorous with 3*** 👏👏

According to the record of communications with you the matter was resolved for you promptly.

It is impossible for us to offer a delivery service with our own vehicles as it would be impossible to offer a fast and cost effective delivery option to every county in Ireland.

We have trust in our carrier however it must be understood that shipping any fragile item does always come with a small risk.

Over the last 4 years I can tell you that less than 1 in every 500 items shipped will have a report of damage to the packing with the number damage in transit incidents requiring a PC to be collected from a customer ( repaired or replaced ) stands at 1 in 1300. Unfortunately these numbers do not mean very anything then you are the 1 that is affected.

We have apologised for the inconvenience and we accepted the issue with the screws was most likely caused during the build process.

Again please accept our apology for any inconvenience.

More than a week to arrive.

Given that I was ordering from Bray in Wicklow to be delivered from Carlow, my part, which was in stock, took more than a week to arrive.

We clearly state that orders can take up to 7 business days from date of order however most orders are delivered far sooner.

We process and ship orders in a timely fashion and most orders once shipped are delivered next business day. We do not process , ship or deliver orders on Saturdays , Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Awful to deal with

Multiple poor experiences with this company.
1. Ordered a custom built laptop. Arrived perfectly within time and soon after was crippled with disk failure issues which I was told were not covered by their warranty (but they would be kind enough to only ask me to pay courier charges).

2. After I got the laptop back after the "repair" it was running very slowly and required a clean install of windows and a lot of my own time to get it up and running.

3. After these issues I decided 1 more try and ordered some RAM. I got no shipping info until I had sent several emails about it. When it eventually arrived it was left outside my front door by the courier company with no note or "left with neighbour". It was also the wrong item, and had to be sent back before I could get my actual item. This is now 1 month after the original order date, and I still have not received my RAM.

When you purchased your laptops in June 2018 you chose not to purchase Windows 10.

Your laptop had no hardware fault when we inspected it in January 2019 and it simply needed Windows 10 to be (re)installed and registered.

As stated you did not purchase Windows 10 from us when you purchased your laptop in June 2018.

We returned your laptop to you explaining that you needed to Reinstall Windows 10 and register it.

We had installed a TEST version of Windows 10 on your laptops ( not registered ) so as we could run hardware tests on your laptop.

You contacted us then on the 10th of February 2019 stating your Nvidia GeForce driver was not installed. We explained to you that you needed to install the driver for your Nvidia GeForce Graphics card. The support technician you spoke to sent you a detailed email explaining how and why on the 11th of February 2019 at 16.53.

If Windows 10 is not purchased with a PC only a test version of Windows 10 is installed and this is simply for test purposes.

We do not condone Piracy and it is our policy only to supply and install Genuine & Licenced versions of Microsoft Windows. If there is no COA attached to your PC or Laptop it is not a Genuine Version of Windows 10 - https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/howtotell/default.aspx

Please understand that there was NO HARDWARE FAULT with your LAPTOP and the issue you were experiencing was 100% related to the version of Windows 10 you had installed.

I have read the issue regarding your memory order and yes an error was made and we have already apologised for this genuine mistake made by the staff member picking the memory for packing.

You were sent desktop memory in error and once you notified us we sent Nightline back to collect the memory ( which was then lost in transit ! ).

Nightline are not authorised to deliver without getting a signature and under no circumstances are Nightline authorised to leave a parcel on your door step. If this happened it is a serious breach of their agreement with us. Your delivery on the 23rd of April 2019 was signed for at your address and you can view this at www.NIGHTLINE.ie by entering the tracking code we sent you by email ( starts with NCSM )

It would be a very serious offence for a Nightline driver to deliver without getting a signature or leaving a parcel on a door step and even worse if they signed for the delivery themselves.

If you state this in an email to us we will report the issue to Nightline senior management so they can investigate this in detail. Our deliveries are sent using a secure service from Nightline which means our parcels are hand sorted at their facility and each parcel must be delivered to the delivery address and signed for at the address. There is an A4 paper notice that each driver much bring to the attention of the consignee when the delivery is being completed as this A4 sheet must be signed as well as the handheld recorder. We pay a premium to Nightline for our parcels to be sorted by hand and for the extra security.

We sent you the correct memory module when you brought it to our attention that the parcel sent in error was collected from you ( however we were not in receipt ). Once we where aware of this we corrected the issue and shipped the correct sodimm module within 30 minutes.

Unfortunately the delay here was that the memory collected from you has still not arrived with us which meant we had not sent the sodimm memory. This was however rectified for you within 30 minutes of us being informed.

I am sorry for the error with desktop memory being sent instead of sodimm laptops memory however please understand that this was a genuine human error and we apolgise for that.

Why the memory collected from you was not returned I do not know however I have opened a lost parcel report with Nightline. We have however shipped the correct SODIMM laptop module already so there will be no need for you to wait any longer. The correct module should be with you on Thursday the 9th of May 2019 and I can see we have already sent you an email with tracking information.

I ordered Two PC's and both seemed fine but everyday for myself it would turn off once and for my friend a couple times during the day. Then they were not so frequent still happens at times but nothing to major (I hope). I ordered a 3rd PC for a friend and his PC is horrible, It turns off every 5 mins.. after a few days we emailed the website (No phone number) asking whats wrong with it he said it could be something we installed.. but mate we didnt get a chance to install anything when it closed every 5 mins. So eventually we got an RMA which was approved.. last Tuesday. I have emailed everyday since sunday the 6th and have received no response. Is there no admin team? If I dont hear from you guys by Friday Im asking for a full refund. You have my email so contact me there.

In relation to your reply.

Ok this has been going on for a number of weeks now which should’ve been a rather straightforward solution if we received any form of customer service.

Now I don’t want to waster any more time on small details or complain over the customer service we received and I need precise answers with dates.

The last communication we received from you through your Zendesk ticketing system was to complete an RMA & to send the PC back to you for inspection.

This was done last week and we have since received no confirmation email or any kind of follow up on what the status of the PC is.

So from what my perspective there are two ways we can move forward from here:

1.Inform us of exactly what the problem was with the PC and when can you have the PC repaired & sent back.

2.Process a full refund as the PC would be deemed faulty with a serious issue as it would not stay on for more than a few minutes since we first powered it up as I have repeatedly explained in prior emails.

Can you please let me know ASAP on what route you are planning to take so we can finally close this issue out as it is now becoming ridiculous.

We have one order associated with the email address from the 10th of December 2018 and I can see another order from the 15th of October 2018 which was for 2 PCs however the email address differs.

Our facility was closed from the 20th of December 2018 to the 3rd of January 2019 and this was stated on our website between the 01.11.2018 and the 03.01.2019.
We also sent emails on the 16th of December 2018 and the 20th of December 2018 to remind customers that we would be closed.

You created a support ticket on the 26th of December 2018 and our after hours support team replied to you the next day with a potential solution which was to reinstall Windows 10.

We could not arrange collection of the PC between the 20.12.2018 and the 03.01.2019 firstly because we were closed and secondly because our carrier Nightline was closed until the 02.01.2019.

You were instructed to create an RMA request and that we would collect the PC for examination which you state was completed.

We answer support inquiries during office hours Monday to Friday as stated on our website with an average response time of less than 60 minutes.

I can see that we arranged to collect the PC from a third party ( name not on your account or on the invoice ) on the 3rd of January 2019
from an address 200KM from were we delivered the PC.

I cannot provide you with further information at this time other than to point out that the description of the problem is clearly software related and not a hardware fault.
You will be updated through the support help desk when we have more information for you.

If your PCs are rebooting you need to consider the applications you have running on the PCs for example an application which is not 100% Windows 10 compatible.
We have however not received any support request from your order prior however it should be pointed out out that your PCs are running the Windows 10 operating system on small 120GB Solid State Drives and if you have too many applications installed on the boot drive you will experience slow performance as well as unreliable performance as the PC will struggle for free space on the boot drive.

Another reasons for system reboots is when a component such as a video card has been overclocked. If you change the settings of a component such as a video card above the settings put in place by the manufacturer the power requirement of the component can change and become erratic. If this happens the video card can draw too much power from the PSU which will result in the PC shutting down to protect the video card and other components.

Your PCs were supplied with Nvidia GeForce GTX1060 3GB video card and 500 Watt 80+ Bronze Certified power supplies.
Your GTX1060 requires 150 Watts (75 at idle) under normal operation however this can climb to over 200 Watts if over clocked

Please note your CPU , Memory , Fans , Leds , etc also require power and this must also be taken into account when working out the PSU required.

The 80+ 500 Watt PSU in your system is more than capable of powering the GTX1060 and the other components in your PC however if you are experiencing
unexplained shut downs you need to ensure your GPU , CPU and MEMORY is not over clocked and if so you need to return the speeds to the manufacturer recommended settings.
