I am so sorry that you believe our service only deserved a 1 star. We were aware that you had a problem with your keypad which was rectified. We were not aware that you experienced further problems. If we had know we would have done all we could to rectify the issue. I am please to see that Stanley Security addressed your issues and made sure your system was running correctly.
