I did not sign up with there service then they charged my card and signed me up for their membership but I will give them 3 stars instead of 1 star because they agreed to refund me what I paid.

Never received my confirmation email for the stroller I purchased. Eugene from the customer service department helped and gave me a full refund. Would have been nice to just receive what I ordered.
