Though I accidently came to subscribe the membership which I was unknown about it but the support(helpline) team was very good and they we'll responded my problem and helped me as fast they can.so,in future I would love to visit this site and will be purchasing the item.

I was trying to figure out what my charge was in my card and I still don't know

I didn't even mean to sign up in the first place, I was just trying to order something. Then I used the chat to cancel my membership, and got an email that my membership is cancelled and it said I wasn't charged anything. The next day, I had a charge on my card for a membership fee and got an email about being a member. And now they won't refund me unless I write a review. 2 stars because Raj got back with me quickly about cancelling.

I had an issue where my card and email were signed up for a subscription, I have no idea how it was created but it took a hefty amount of money from my account. I had canceled my card and reached out to them regarding the issue. They said they would refund me my money due to my situation. Ashley helped solve my problem. (Will update if refund happens)

I have never visited this website nor made a purchase with this merchant. I made a purchase on Facebook through a Walmart link for $8 and this transaction along with 3 more charged or tried to charge my card. The $8 transaction never processed.

I was charged multiple times. Thankfully, Ashley was able to correct the issue. However I will not be using this site again.

Received email saying they won't refund my money, which I wasn't aware was going to be charged in the first place, unless I completed the review.
Update 5/11/2026
I have now received an email from them saying I won't receive my refund unless I delete my review. So now I have recieved an email from them saying they would not refund me unless I reviewed them, now I get one saying they wont refund me if I dont delete it because they feel it was unfair I left a negative review because they hid in their TOS agreement that I signed up for a free trial that would automatically upgrade to full membership even though I never saw any of this leading up to it. I was also told I received an email telling me the same thing after I signed up, but I've gone back and looked at all the emails I've received from them, and the first one I received was an email telling me my membership was upgraded and I was charged.

I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my refund thank you for your help god bless this deserves five stars

I didn’t understand the whole concept. I ordered something online and it led me to this website that then did not have a record of what I ordered as well as had a monthly cost, which I was not aware of. It was very confusing and seemed like a scam.
