Excellent personalised advice and very pro-active at looking at our options ahead of covid travel-rule changes and re-arranging very efficiently with a sensible view on what will work for our family needs. No hanging around on airline call waiting lists for me.

After having to cancel our 2020 tots too summer holiday and our deposit fully refunded straight away, we decided to book a Christmas break to the Maldives naïvely thinking Covid would have run its course by then. Deborah spent considerable amount of time providing us options for resorts and flights, taking into account our requirements. Unfortunately the chosen resort closed due to Covid quite late in the day but Debra was on it immediately with further options. By this stage we were very nervous that our Christmas break wasn’t going to happen. Fortunately Deborah, always reachable on phone and email, was monitoring all the travel restrictions and gave us excellent advice but in the end got us there. We have never appreciated a holiday so much. The result was spot-on what we asked for, all transfers were seamless and excursions all booked for in advance. This meant all we had to do was relax and enjoy. we can’t thank the Tots Too team enough.

We have used Tots Too now for many years. Every suggested accommodation has been to an exacting standard that removes the pressure and stress of picking the wrong hotel!! Having been there, being given that confidence before you go makes going on holiday with nippers a lot easier, and for me that is the value right there.

If there are doubt or points to pick up on time on the phone is freely available to provide the detail needed (and you are never put on hold!!) Plus, if they don't know (which they 99% already will), your answer will be found and provided.

Also help ahead of time with restaurant bookings and room requests really do help, as do the relationships that Tots Too have with the hotels, as we've had some really good upgrades for no reason. Availability seems to always be good even in really popular accommodations and cost wise too, i don't think you pay a premium compared to if you searched and booked yourself.

We've been given some great ideas and also booked at the very very last minute with Tots Too when a holiday seemed way too late to arrange - and each time it's been spot on.

All in all just a really positive experience each time which we consider a rarity in most industries, let alone travel!!

First-class service! Deborah and her team went beyond the call of duty (over the busy Christmas period, working 24/7 it seemed) to ensure that we had a fantastic trip to Antigua. She also helped us seamlessly extend our holiday days before we were due to return. I can't Tots Too enough and will be contacting them for our next adventure.

We used Tots Too for the first time in March of this year and were so impressed we didn’t hesitate to use them again in November. Deborah and her team were so incredibly helpful and efficient. March was our first long haul holiday with our baby daughter so we really appreciated their in depth knowledge of the various resorts we were considering. Their recommendation was spot on so much so that we returned to the same hotel in November. They knew exactly which room to book and took care of all essentials from booking the appropriate seats on the plane to the car seat on arrival to all the correct baby kit in the room.
When it came to booking our holiday in November I did not hesitate in contacting Tots Too. Within a few hours of emailing them our hotel and flights had been reserved ( all of this on a Friday night) With the curve ball of a travel ban suddenly thrown at us, Deborah and her team moved quickly to ensure we could fly before the ban came into effect. I knew once we were out there that I could trust Deborah and her team to provide us with the correct advice, back up and support if needed. Once again they did not disappoint. When we got wind that BA were cancelling flights back to the UK we called Deborah who had already reserved us on a couple of flights giving us various options but also the peace of mind that we would get home. All of this was done with the minimum fuss and maximum efficiency.
I would not hesitate in recommending Tots Too - with or without children. I will be using them for all our future holidays. Not only are they a company you can trust but one that provides a highly personalised service all delivered by incredibly friendly, experienced and professional staff.

Deborah and her team were incredibly helpful in finding us a last minute package with fairly particular requirements, but open to suggestions worldwide! They worked hard to put together a package that worked for us and within our budget.

Booking my first resort type holiday ever, with my first baby, 1 year old. The staff at Tots too have experienced the holidays I’m looking at themselves with their little ones - which makes a world of difference. They were incredibly responsive and helpful and thought of things I hadn’t.

First holiday with our baby boy! Everything was taken care of, we had a child proof gorgeous sea view hotel, and all the little stresses taken away.
