Easy to deal with and very efficient.

We have just got back from a trip to Croatia organized by Tour Croatia. Sara was extremely helpful organizing and making suggestions for our trip. Itinerary sent was very detailed. Hotels were great and taxi pickups were punctual. Overall an excellent and well organized trip by Sara.

The assistance provided by Sara Skrobo right throughout the booking process and up to and including the day of travel was absolutely brilliant and we can't thank Sara enough for all the assistance she provided. The full itinerary and all the timings were exactly as described and the pick up drivers were there at the time (if not before) as mentioned and thoroughly professional in the service they provided, including making us feel really comfortable from the very first minute.

What an amazing company. Can't fault them in any way and would give the six stars if that were allowed. From my initial contact to our final transfer they were faultless. Sara was extremely patient and answered all my questions effortlessly and arranged everything to perfection. All of our internal transfers were either early or on time. It made our holiday in Croatia totally memorable. Would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a holiday in Croatia.

We booked a 13 night bespoke trip in Croatia based on the places we had asked Sara to include, starting in Zagreb and ending in Dubrovnik. Everything worked like clockwork, all transfers were on time to the minute apart from the last one in Dubrovnik which was 4 minutes late because of a road closure meaning a replacement car was dispatched from a different location. All cars were top notch and the drivers were charming and very knowledgeable which made our longer transfers interesting and enjoyable. The choice of hotels was very good, all in great locations and of a high quality. Communication throughout the booking process was also excellent. I would definitely recommend Tour Croatia to anyone wanting to experience the beautiful country of Croatia.

A well organised trip. Great hotels in superb locations, smooth efficient transfers and and three great destinations of Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tour Croatia.

A great holiday - first time visit to Croatia. Tour Croatia listened to the brief and worked to provide the seamless but independent experience that we wanted. Three different locations all lovely, great transfers and perfectly located hotels. Support from the company running up to and including the holiday were prompt but not intrusive. Cannot fault them and would definitely recommend them.

Sara was extremely helpful and patient. She adapted the original plans in view of an alteration to the timetable. The hotels we stayed in were all excellent, in slightly different ways. The venue for the dinner you organised for us was brilliant, as indeed were all the meals in Croatia. Both the city tours were really enjoyable due to the knowledge and communications skills of the guides. I'm glad we changed from Hvar to Korcula

Very helpful from start to finish. Details for different options and dates were clearly provided and all transfers went smoothly. We liked the complementary dinner included and would book with them again and recommend.

Sara planned everything for this holiday for us and both me and my partner were really impressed with everything. The hotels which were booked were lovely and the staff were very helpful. We always had a driver ready at the allocated time to take us to the next destination. We did not have one fault with Sara or tour Croatia.

Everything went well and was as described. All transfers perfect. The hotel was very good and in a very good location.

Terrible customer service. I looked at their website and found a city break and national park holiday that looked ideal. I sent an email to get some prices but she said the holiday was very simple and I should book it myself lol.

Initially I was looking for a set tour and came across Tour Croatia. Sara got in touch and after letting her know where we wanted to go came up with a personalised itinery from Zagreb via Plitvice Lakes, Split to Dubrovnik. All I had to book was flights and insurance. Sara showed her knowledge advising what was possible for our dates in early April and was happy to tweak when we asked for changes. We had a fantastic time with all the accomodations being good quality and we particularly liked the Hotel Dubrovnik right in the heart of Zagreb. We had personal Private transfers included and all the drivers were on time and very knowledgeable. This was a real treat for us and it took all the stress out of the holiday. The personalised itinery from Sara, the great accomodations and service we got while in Croatia were the best holiday experience we've had in many years and would certainly recommend using Tour Croatia.

Sara at Tour Croatia put together a wonderful Christmas market tour for us! We visited Budapest, Zagreb and Ljubljana, which are all magical during the holiday season. All the hotels Tour Croatia selected are grand, old hotels with interesting histories and beautiful architecture. The local guides were seasoned professionals, and we learned a lot from them. Our main driver Frane was excellent and a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend Tour Croatia for a beautiful tour and a very smooth experience!

We came across Sara and Tour Croatia on the internet - Sara came back very quickly once we reached out to her and she pulled together an awesome itinerary covering Budapest, Zagreb, Rovinj and Ljubljana - the hotels were fantastic (esp Esplanade in Zagreb) and the transfers/tours also exceptional. This was our first time to Croatia (we live in Australia) but we will definitely be back again and will definitely be reaching out to Sara when we do - the service really was impeccable !

I made contact with Tour Croatia when another company cancelled their tour. Everything was well organised, all drivers and guides were prompt and very helpful. I loved the activities and even enjoy the tour of Rovinj in the rain with streets running like rivers. I highly recommend this company and especially Sara who organised everything.

Booked with Tour Croatia for our 44th wedding anniversary. Excellent service from Sara at Tour Crotia. Sara planned the trip after asking what we wanted to experience. We travelled beginning of October 2023 and the weather was very good in the high 20s. We toured from Zagreb, Plitice lakes, Split and finished in Dubrovnik. Sara arranged everything professionally with expert knowledge of the locations and the hotels. All the private transfers were spot on. Sara kept in touch with us during the course of the holiday to ensure we were happy. The private guides organised by Sara gave a very enjoyable insight into the country. Sara was great and added a couple of extra unexpected touches to make our stay extra special. She even gave us links to the air flights to make things easier. Would thoroughly recommend booking through Tour Croatia. A very happy holiday experience thanks Sara from Carol and Peter.
