Customer service has been good, most of the time they were very responsive, professional, and helpful. I had an issues communicating with them when I cancelled, then their customer service contacted me, explained reason, then made effort to satisfy me. I have another phone appointment with them tomorrow to discuss other options, and possibly I will reschedule the tour.

I had a Santa Maria della Grazie and Last Supper Afternoon Tour with Skip the line tickets booked for my daughter and I. We were at the meeting point well before the arranged time to meet our guide, everything had been confirmed by email the day before and we had paid E178. The guide just didn't turn up and left us devastated! Do not use this company, our trip was ruined by them. No cancellation email, no telephone call, nothing! Total disregard for us.

We only wanted a 3 day tour so i booked through Tourist Italy. They booked our hotel in Florence, The Grand Baglioni - what a beautiful hotel. So much history and the rooms were clean and staff was very pleasant. Our First tour we met with Francesca, who was an Art History Major who was very knowledgeable on the Museum of Accademia and Uffizi Gallery. The restaurant for lunch was amazing. The walking tour she gave was informative. Day 2 our guides Joann &Gherado were pleasant and made the walk up 400 steps to Cornelia fun and less painful. We visited all 5 Towns of Cerra Terra in a day. The third day we had Naomi for Pisa, wine tasting and more eating great Pasta. I am so happy I booked our trip through Tourist Italy and would recommend them.

Each tour was perfectly planned and executed without incident. The guides were knowledgeable and communicated well. The impressive thing was we had arranged transportation to and from Hotels, and Airports and not one was late! They were perfect.

Thank you, Tourist Italy, for a wonderful vacation! Our travel specialist, Iryna, went above and beyond to ensure our tours were perfectly organized, and she patiently answered all my questions about shopping, dining, and etiquette in Rome. A special shout-out to our tour guide, Sophia, who was friendly and accommodating during our Rome Walking Tour. The other tours, including the Colosseum, Vatican City, and Pompeii were also fantastic. I highly recommend Tourist Italy for an unforgettable experience!

Tourist Italy provided a fantastic itinerary for our holiday to Italy and Switzerland. I wanted a flexible holiday package and not a fully guided tour group. Iryna and Tourist Italy provided all the tour and travel tickets we required and booked us into great hotel options that we would not have had otherwise. Travelling during the high season, it was reassuring to know we had reservations to everything we wanted to do. We did not need to contact the staff as everything went perfectly. Tourist Italy were a great way to travel with the flexibility we wanted.

Unbelievable experience - and not the good kind. Wasn’t sent information or codes
on how to get into a private residence labeled as hotel (including breakfast) upon arrival after 36 hours of delays, broken luggage, and wildly overpriced airport offerings. Three lone women traveling, arriving after midnight in a sketchy area of town we were completely unfamiliar with. We can’t get ahold of the “emergency contact number” or any other number we found in emails and attachments. No one was answering the call button at the residence. Ended up paying more than $1200 for another hotel in a safer area close to 2a. We were offered $400 for the hotel that wasn’t. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card and will update this review upon decision.

For your own sanity don’t visit Italy. People are rude and absolutely can’t stand tourists who are bringing in money to spend in their locales. You get SO much more watching videos, reading books, and looking through pictures on your phone than you do in person. It sounds like a good idea but run, run, run fast!!

My recent trip to Italy was unfortunately marred by significant issues with local services. While Italy is renowned for its architectural and historical beauty, my experience was severely undermined by the behavior of both tour guides and taxi drivers. It seems local tour guides have conflicts of interest with restaurants and small businesses. For example, local tour guides would intentionally keep groups exposed to the sun, or take tourists to narrow area without access to any vehicles claiming rome is all looks like that ,seemingly to pressure them into buying umbrellas, portable fans, or water bottles or run into store to get some cool weather and buy something. There were also instances where extra charges were demanded just to secure a seat, or groups were led to enjoy what were, at best, average restaurants after long, exhausting walks.
My difficulties extended to transportation. I was dehydrated, exhausted and sick finally decided to take a taxi , taxi drivers deliberately took me to the wrong address, seemingly to charge double the fare. This resulted in me having to take an additional taxi back to my hotel each time.
Practically, these incidents severely impacted my ability to enjoy the beauty of Rome and Venice. In Florence I paid out of pocket extra to thousands of dollars had paid to my tour use sightseeing tour instead of walking . I truly couldn't appreciate the trip as I had hoped.

The wineries were wonderful and our guide, Generva was fantastic and our driver, Nando, was excellent! We loved this excursion- great food, wine and guides!

We booked the "Last Supper Tour, Milan" for 4 of us, over three weeks before the tour date, and received the confirmation email stating it was booked and CONFIRMED, cost US$400. We got to the tour on the scheduled date/time they said our name was not on the list. They very helpfully rang the main tour provider Ways SRL and they confirmed we had no booking, and said our booking was probably cancelled due to over bookings. After a lot looking I at last found a number for Tourist Italy, and via chat (phoning them a waste of time as just goes to a recorded message saying no one is available), they confirmed the booking was cancelled 2 weeks ago stating we would have been emailed and refunded. We were not emailed and definitely not refunded. Then Tourist Italy confirmed it look like there was an error in their system, and they would put the refund through, still nothing!
It is difficult to contact them, they never answer their phone, they do not send emails if cancelled, they do not refund, and at no point in any of the chats did they apologise. Plus, now we are already in Milan there is obviously no availability, all last supper tours are booked weeks in advance...thanks for nothing.
An update, we got our money back but only after contacting our credit card company and disputing the charge.

Zoraida was incredible! She took us to amazing places to eat, shop, and experience local history. She answered all of our questions. We loved how personal the experience was and how she tailored the tour to what we wanted. Thank you so much, Zoraida! We definitely recommend this tour with her to anyone.

I booked a tour of The Last Supper in Milan with Tourist Italy. Tourist Italy cancelled the tour so I now wonder if they are selling tickets they don’t really have.

We were offered a tour of the Duomo instead. I replied to their email, but I never got any answer. No information about the new tour, no date or time – nothing.

I also contacted them on WhatsApp. They said they would send the information “shortly,” but it has now been three days and still no details. Our tour is in three days, and I’m starting to think this company is not trustworthy, maybe even a scam.

Yes, I got the tickets — but only after I had to chase you multiple times.

If I hadn’t acted like your manager, nothing would have happened. I’m a paying customer, not your boss. It should not be my job to push you to do yours.

A group of us booked an all day tour from Milan to Verona, Sirmione and Lake Garda through this company. Tour was booked in Jan. Website states this is a small group tour, 12 hours, pick up 7am and drop off 7pm in Milan, with English guide all day and entrance to Arena in Verona. It was a pricey tour but for 12 hours we thought it could be worth it. What a scam this company is! When verifying the meeting time the day before, we were told 10am instead. It was a little confusing but we thought maybe the tour will just end later. We were picked up on time and the driver was nice. But she was absolutely not a guide and was only told this is a drivers gig. She drove us to where we needed to go, dropped us off and picked us up with very little time for exploring. Absolutely no guiding. We had to scramble and buy last minute tickets to the Arena ourselves and the Juliet balcony because we assumed the tour would’ve taken care of it. In the end it was an 8 hour tour when we paid for 12 with no guide whatsoever and absolutely breach of promise. Beware!

The tour guides were exceptional. Both being well informed and provided a lot of interesting facts about the history and present day life of Romans. Both with a great sense of humor and a great attitude and pride about their country. Thank you for providing a great service.

Our tour guide Zoraida L. for our Florence tour was very informative, friendly, charismatic and attentive. You can tell she has passion for Italian art and history. We couldn’t ask for more! I highly recommend touring with her.

Zoraida was simply awesome. Great knowledge and in-depth insights. I will highly recommend her to my fellow travelers.

I have booked 10 days tours with airport transfer. My pickup driver can't wait for 2 hours when I am claiming my missing baggage. I have my time table approve of connecting with driver. I had contacted customer service and she can only arrange me with public train transfer, however she got me wrong way. Then she said buy my own tickets. I had no choice because I am at train station and I am so tired. We would like to rest because we flew 17 hours trip. They haven't say sorry nor refund for it.

We had a private tour. Our guide Zoraida Lorez was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very relaxed and not rushing us. Lots of different little stops.
