I have been with Toyota insurance for…
I have been with Toyota insurance for 12 years. Originally ins premium was £600. Every year the insurance goes up and up. Originally the car bought for £20000. Now car is valued at £8500. This year they wanted £886. I spoke to the Manager to reduce the insurance. Not interested. Why did it go up ? No answer. I will not buy cover from this company. They want to spong the old customer. Renewal sent 3 weeks before its due. No time to shop around. This company doesn’t listen. Out of touch with the concerns of customers

Insurance can change in cost based on multiple factors, this can be due to the vehicle you insurer as well as many other factors and while we aim to be competitve, providing all your information was accurate the quote would have been the best we could offer.

Purchasing car insurance on the phone will cost you more: Rip-off!
I have tried repeatedly to buy insurance for my Yaris. Your Bot/AI couldn't find my new car's registration/license plate. I finally got a person on the phone, which was very difficult. I had my quote, then was told it would be more than £20 more to buy the car insurance over the phone. My car is being delivered tomorrow! I had no choice but to agree. However, this is a rip-off and should be a free service when your website is not behaving!
