HAY QUE DENUNCIARLOS A LA POLICIA Y A INTERPOL

They advertise one item you go and buy it thinking that’s what you are buying then you get an email and it’s a voucher saying you have signed up for a membership and the item doesn’t exist on there website, plus without saying anything to you they then try to take another £20 luckily my bank declined it asked for refund or to cancel transaction gone round in circles then being told for them to process the refund I need to leave a review make it make sense still waiting for money to be returned £42.88 is what I am owed please cancel the transaction please refund the money and people becareful with this company once they have your card details they try to take extra payments

Just an update for you all this company has hounded me to remove this review and to put a good review I refused until they returned my money back, they did refund but not a full refund, I refuse to remove this review after their dirty tricks be warned people they are scammers, they are still emailing me now trying to get my full details as they want me to leave a good review, emailing saying that if I leave a good review I get my money absolute joke of a company, false advertising, once they have your card details they try to take more money, if it hadn’t been for my bank I’m not sure how much they would have continued trying to take

Es una estafa, el enlace de tiktok te lleva a contratar una suscripción/membresía con cargos recurrentes. No te envían el producto, te dicen que te devuelven el dinero y te piden una buena valoración aquí via un enlace.

Yo pedí unos perfumes que estaban en oferta $9.90 y en ningún lugar me decía que yo estaba haciendo una suscripción para cargo recurrente. De hecho, aún no he recibido los perfumes. Llamé para querellas al respecto. Me contestaron pronto y espero el reembolso.

No es lo que esperaba pues la publicidad no fue entendible

Es una estafa. No piqueis. En mi caso compra de cromos del mundial Panini con descuento a través de TIK TOK no compras cromos te redirigen a su página donde te registras y te hacen la suscripción y ya no te devuelven el importe.

El equipo de atención al cliente respondió rápido y solucionó el problema

En mi caso, Tuve un problema a la hora de hacer la compra. Ya que pensaba que compraba un producto y lo que estaba comprando era una membresia . Me puse en contacto con ellos por email y rápidamente me contestaron y me lo solucionaron anulando lo que había echo. Muy buen atención al cliente.
