I bought a 4K / multi-region Blu-ray and Dvd player from these guys (Panasonic UB-9000, which is amazing) a couple of years ago. It developed a fault recently (noisy disc drive) but I contacted them and they repaired it quickly and easily (for free). Technical support is also top notch, as shortly after receiving the player they issued a download to resolve an issue with choppy 60p playback. It's so great to deal with a company on a personal level. Highly recommended!

I was trying to see if I could get a Panasonic TV that was going out of production. After number of problems elsewhere I found TPS to be both helpful and a reasonable price.

Needed my beloved Panasonic UB9000 modded to play Region A blu-rays and got in touch with TPS. The service was AMAZING! They called to arrange everything, and then called to tell me the work had been completed. The turnaround was ridiculously fast.
ParcelForce picked it up, the work was done the next day and returned again by ParcelForce. The results are brilliant and I can now play the all region Blurays and DVDs. Superb. A++++++

Don't be put off by TPS's slightly outdated-looking website. I purchased a 42" Sony Bravia A90K here over £200 cheaper than anywhere else in the country.

Great communication from staff as well, keeping you up-to-date with your order status and expected delivery day/time.

The item I bought (a large screen television) was exactly as described. It was delivered promptly by two courteous gentlemen who kindly carried it into my house. I have no hesitation in recommending TPS.

TPS were recommended to me by my brother in law, he and my sister have purchased their many Panasonic TV's from them. I naturally looked for my Sony SOundbar and found TPS had it on offer, thanks to their swift order processing I went to the shop and picked it up sameday. The HT-A7000 is a fabulous piece of kit, granted it is a little costly but the quality of the sound speaks for itself. I can heartily recommend TPS for their service and support. Great company to deal with,Peter was excellent and they give you useful information not sales patter , our delivery got delayed but I was kept informed throughout and our tv arrived in perfect condition, fantastic price too and 7 year warranty is unrivalled.
Long may TPS continue as our next tv will be from them.

I purchased a Sony TV recently and the experience has been outstanding! The TV came with 7 years warranty and a free stand. The delivery guy contacted me beforehand to find a convenient time for delivery. After delivery, I got a phone call from Peter to ensure that I am happy with the product and activate the warranty.

The sound bar was much cheaper than anywhere else I could find and the service was excellent. I would definitely buy from TPS again and can highly recommend them.
