I’ve been a customer of Falcon Trading Systems for 13 years. I’ve bought three machines, and every one worked great. A salesman was always there to walk me through recommended features and quickly complete the purchases. All the machines were appropriate for my use which has been very data intensive. The support has been responsive, friendly, patient and importantly, domestic.

I have purchased several computers from Tradingcomputers.com and the customer service from this company is phenomenal. I can easily talk to a real person and when I need tech support, and they are always knowledgeable to get me going again. There is no other company that will give you tech support for life and actually live up to it with real people answering the phone. Their products are also unbelievable quality. I will always buy my future computers from this company.

These people at falcon make your life easy .when you are over your head with issues so much going on ,figuring out a strategy ,what company will u invest in ,and Pam!! Another problem ,a technical issue .well all you gotta do is call falcon and Pam ! On the very rare occasion when support was necessary the specialists at Falcon had my back...thank you Theona and Jacob. If you are serious about trading then you should buy a high-performance trading computer from Falcon. My Falcon system is over three years old without a single problem till the present. [## 17179 ##] Windows Boot | Frozen Spinning Circle... Jacob contacted me and got right on it. Ran tests and found bad boot SSD. Supplied me with Amazon replacement part to order and put my OS on a different drive and had me up and running in good order until my new part arrived. After part arrived, he took over like a superstar. Not only upgraded me from rel 10 Pro to rel 11 Pro, reinstalled everything, fined tuned it all, setup proper backups, and more. My machine is running better than ever. I am 75 yo and appreciate his patience and very pleasant demeanor. No doubt a KEEPER and confirmed why I went with Trading Computers. It was recommended by a friend (now deceased). He stated at the time that most all systems run well until they don't. The SUPPORT that you get is what makes it a great or poor purchase. I got a referral to Falcon, and Jacob by name, from my trading partner when I was in the market for a multi-monitor system. He said that Jacob always took care of him and that if I wanted to dip my toe into such a large investment, that I should check w/ them first.

Once I started speaking w/ Jacob, he came across as very helpful and informative, like he was a friend explaining the different options in a way that he was trying to understand my "needs and wants" from a holistic approach, rather than trying to steer me toward specific products that they offer. He let me talk, truly listened, and he asked follow up questions for better understanding of what I was looking for. It was his service over sales approach that really solidified my trust in him to be the one to help me get set up.

I pulled the trigger on a P-32 and this thing is sleek! I am very happy w/ my purchase and the customer service from all the people I spoke w/ at Falcon.

The coolest thing to me was when I told a techy friend that I wouldn't get my system for a week or two, he was initially pessimistic on my purchase and he was worried about compatibility issues of the different components that it came with. But then he warmed right up when I told him that the wait time was due to the fact that they build and test it for a few days before shipping it out to make sure the components are reliable and compatible.

All in all, it was a very positive experience and I will definitely go back to Falcon for my setup upgrade!

My first Falcon lasted 11 years, my F52-GT that I currently own is about 4 years old, no issues, it performs great.

My LED lights on my case are going out but my unit is out of warranty.

I e-mailed support and they not only STILL helped me, but they gave me the part numbers for the fans and even offered to talk me through, over the phone how to replace the fans.

I'm a Falcon owner for life!
