Great service and beautiful radiator. I have since ordered two more of the same style.

A stunning looking radiator. Good website. Very quick email response to any query. A pleasant member of staff on the phone. No delivery issues.

Excellent customer service from ordering to delivery. I liked how I was kept updated by email at every stage of the manufacturing and quality assurance process. Arrived 2 weeks after ordering. We are delighted with our radiator. It’s beautiful and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend Trads.

This company is amazing ! I needed a gasket for a radiator and even though I had not bought my radiator from them and it was not a big purchase they were so helpful. The customer service of this company is second to none. I have been restoring properties for years and I can say I haven’t come across such fine service before ! Thank you

Great variety of styles, huge range of colour options, and amazing price when considering quality and reassurance of lifetime guarantee. Can’t wait to make my purchase!

The lady to whom I spoke was very, very helpful, to the extent that she posted me free samples of the grommets. Delivery was a little pricey with no option of Royal Mail which would have made the purchase cost less. But overall I cannot fault the service.

We placed our order of a small radiator on 29/07 and it arrived on 07/09. There were some issues with delivery but Trads have since put this right and apologised. The radiator is good quality and what we wanted.

Absolutely exceptional service from Trads from start to finish! From ordering paint swatches at the start of the process to helping us source the valves that we wanted. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process and delivery was very smooth. The radiators themselves are first class quality and we couldn’t be more pleased.
