I had done a lot of looking at different cast iron radiator suppliers, together with measuring and checking, prior to purchasing from Trads. The Trads online tools for custom building the radiators was excellent and actually invaluable. I donât think I could have got to this point without it. The efficiency and excellence of customer service has been first class from start to finish. Yesterday when the radiators were delivered, the driver was really careful and professional throughout. The first radiator is in today and looks fantastic. The heating engineers are really impressed with them and the quality of the valves, etc. I was nervous about how this all would work out but it couldnât have gone better or more smoothly.
