It does work as advertised.
It’s very strong and solid piece of equipment.
It’s a bit bulky to keep it in the trailer.
I was able to installed without any problems.

Thank you for reaching out! If you're having trouble getting your unit to stay upright in the hitch, it most likely may be a coupler issue. Please check out some of our troubleshooting videos where you can see how to properly install the coupler and ball so your unit works.

The unit was easy to assemble at made a big difference on parking my trailer in my backyard. After looking at a lot of different trailer dollies and prices, I decided that the 500R Trailer Valet I bought was the most reasonable and practical.

A great tool for solid and flat surface!
Like most users have claimed, the Trailer Valet XL works well on solid and flat surface. If you have that and you need to maneuver your trailer in difficult spot, this is a great tool!
