Friendly staff, great service and everything arrived perfectly. Can't fault it.

TPI is a very professional company. Highly recommended for UK/Portugal removals. All of the guys I have met in packing, unpacking and assembly have done a first rate job. The admin team too are very helpful and efficient. This is the third time I have used TPI and will do so again fir any future work.

We had to relocate within 6 weeks but the team made sure that everything went very smooth. The whole team is highly experienced and professional. I am so pleased I chose Trans-Portugal for my move from London to Portugal. The whole process has been great, with all the staff I've dealt with along the way being so professional and friendly. Everything was collected and delivered on time and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. My final quote - based on the assessment at the London depot once my things had been collected - was then lowered from the original estimate, which is amazing as I had given accurate details at the start, so I wouldn't have known I was potentially entitled to a lower fee. I think that sort of action reflects the honest, family-run approach of this company. Overall, moving country was stressful enough, so I really appreciate having this seamless experience with Trans-Portugal and have no concerns about recommending them fully for your move.

When selecting a removal firm, I spoke to TPP and was immediately impressed with their local knowledge of Portugal which gave me confidence they knew how to navigate this country. The service was always typically Portuguese-style friendly, and they accommodated my timing and a few changes of plans with ease and efficiency. The move was seamless, the crew polite and helpful. The pricing was competitive. Overall very satisfied with the service and I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

Excellent service! I would recommend this to anybody really. All communications with Trans-Portugal were very profissional, they were very responsive and clear. I had a collection scheduled for Mid-April. Due to Covid-19, I decided I wanted to move much sooner before the airports closed. I called Trans-Portugal and they went above and beyond to collect my items a lot sooner than we had scheduled. They literally picked them up the day after my call. I really don't know how to thank them enough for this. Their staff was super professional and polite.

A few days after they informed me they would be able to deliver it not even 2 weeks after collection, which was sooner than they had initially forecasted.

Overall my experience with Trans-Portugal has been excellent. 5*! Obrigado Trans-Portugal!

Excellent service. The UK team who collect our boxes and furniture arrived on time, well prepared and worked professionally wrapping, packing and logging everything. The delivery team in Portugal also arrived on time and worked none stop, with good humor and a professional approach to get everything into the apartment. This was our 5th international move, best so far. Nothing damaged. The back office kept us informed throughout, always supportive, friendly, quick to respond and always helpful. Thanks
