Trans.eu : L'art de facturer le vide au prix fort

​Il est fascinant de voir comment Trans.eu a transformé l'inefficacité en business model. Non seulement leur plateforme propose des tarifs de transport si dérisoires qu'ils en deviennent insultants pour la profession, mais leur gestion client frise l'extorsion pure et simple.

​Voici un aperçu de leur "stratégie" :

​L'abonnement "Pot de colle" : Même sans aucune connexion ni utilisation du service, la plateforme renouvelle votre engagement unilatéralement. Chez eux, le silence vaut consentement à se faire plumer. ​Le chantage financier : Passer de 0 € de service rendu à une réclamation de 1500 € relève de l'absurde. C'est une tentative manifeste d'intimidation pour forcer le paiement de frais totalement injustifiés. ​La médiation de façade : Après contestation, ils sortent de leur chapeau des factures "de clôture" de 50 € ou 150 €. C'est le marchandage du désespoir : ils savent que leur dossier est vide, alors ils tentent de gratter ce qu'ils peuvent avant que vous ne partiez. ​L'atteinte à la réputation : Utiliser des bases de données de "mauvais payeurs" pour salir des entreprises qui refusent simplement de payer pour du vent est une méthode de voyou, indigne d'un partenaire logistique sérieux.

​En résumé : Trans.eu ne vend pas un service de transport, ils vendent des litiges et des maux de tête. Une plateforme qui a besoin de menacer ses clients pour exister a déjà tout perdu de sa crédibilité.

Je rajoute aussi, la justice est lente mais tôt tard elle sonnera votre porte...

If you want to cancel they gonna charge even more that was your subscription.
I sent an email to cancel subscription during my paid period. But after period ended, they automatically extended it, and sent me an invoice for 2 extra weeks of use. And after paid it, one week later they applied to Pactus.Eu.

They explain as communication problem, but this is intentional.

Ps: they cancelled all phone numbers within the system, so the only way of communication with them is email.

Wszystko jest w porządku, ale system gwiazdek jest dość trudny, jeśli chodzi o zdobycie pierwszej oceny. Wielu zleceniodawców odrzuca moją ofertę z powodu braku gwiazdek.

Pierwsza gwiazdka powinna być przyznawana chociażby za terminowe opłacanie abonamentu.

To padło już dawno powinno być wyłączone ze społeczności, potrafili wyłączyć dostęp do platformy bez poinformowania, tylko przez to że zaległość była w firmie faktoringowej . Więc pytam czego wy przestrzegacie??? Jakiej umowy przestrzegacie ??? Bo chyba tylko waszych przydupasow którzy finansują faktury na kolosalnych oprocentowaniach. A jeśli dojdzie do sytuacji że klient wam nie zapłaci tomi tak ściągacie przewoźnika, banda oszustów!!! Nic innego. Ludzie omijajcie to gown... z daleka

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Von etwa 100 Anfragen bekommt man vielleicht 1–2 Antworten. Die meisten Anfragen bleiben komplett unbeantwortet, was extrem frustrierend ist.

Die Kommunikation ist insgesamt sehr schwierig und für mich als deutscher Transportunternehmer kaum praktikabel.

Ich habe nach einem Monat gekündigt und trotzdem sollte ich noch einen weiteren Monat ca. 160 € bezahlen.

Für Fahrer mit 3,5 Tonnen lohnt sich diese Plattform meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht.

Monopolista, który jak platforma działa prawidłowo to wprowadza wieczne zmiany. Natomiast jeżeli platforma działa niepoprawnie, to klienta zbywają i nie potrafią naprawić błędu. O braku kontroli sprzedawania frachtów 10-tej spedycji już nie wspomnę. A klienci transa coraz gorsi i oczekują żeby przewoźnik jeździł "po kosztach". Trzymajcie się przewoźnicy, niech sobie kupią samochody i jeżdżą sami 😉

Trans.eu is one of the best platforms, also for carrier they dont pay. i like it

For over a one full month we are waiting for refunding of my payment. Account was closed and we didn't use any service.

This is totally a platform for forced money collection. If I knew I would have such problems with this platform, I would never have dealt with it. It was on promotion and we paid for a year. Since that one year, we have not entered it once. I will leave aside the harassment from the employee in Bulgaria who called every other day and without stopping to see why we are not entering. Arrogant behavior and no contact with them. Now they are harassing us with new invoices that they constantly send us to pay even though we have paid the cancellation fee.

Skrajnie nieprofesjonalna obsługa i rażąca niekompetencja administracji platformy. Zgłoszenia są rozpatrywane bez logiki i wbrew faktom, a przedstawione dowody są ignorowane. Takie działania realnie szkodzą reputacji firm korzystających z platformy. Zdecydowanie nie polecam współpracy.

I can only recommend trans.eu. That’s a fantastic advantage for the business

je recommande trans.eu car tout est bien organisé partant du contrat à la facturation

mais j'implore que pactus ne puisse plus menacer et faire chanter en toute impunité car cela donne l'impression à certainses personnes de mauvaise moralité qu'elles peuvent tout faire et une fois que leur contact sur pactus vous colle c'est jusqu'à la gare
