I bought the Vodafone ESim and the service was great, much better than the wifi in the hotels I stayed in
Only issue was that I Lost the connection sometimes when in the F1 circuits surrounded by thousands of people

Horrible
Horrible! I had connection problems and when I had connection the speeds were very slow. I went to a Vodafone store in Rome and was told they won't help me because I purchased my data plan online.

Do not buy Vodafone Travel eSIM!
I purchased a 40GB travel eSIM for use abroad, but it didn’t work at all. I had to purchase an alternative internet provider because I was left without a working connection.
I contacted Vodafone and requested a refund, but they refused to refund me despite the service not working.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone travelling abroad.

Eerste ervaring met vodafone travel…
Eerste ervaring met vodafone travel sim was enige jaar geleden in egypte. Best gecompliceerd, vaak contact met helpdesk, niet echt succesvol. Later in macedonie en servie. Helemaal ok. Nu in italie ook ok. Geen problemen. Goed bereik. Goede prijs.

Hatte für meinen Ägypten Urlaub eine Esim gekauft.Sehr schlechte Performance. Teilweise gar keinen Empfang.
Auf den Kap Verde war dies letzte Jahr um Längen besser.

E-SIM Ägypten Urlaub…
Ich habe mir vor meinem Ägypten Urlaub eine E-SIM bei Vodafone Travel gekauft. Leider nicht einmal 10 Prozent nutzbar. So schlechtes Internet beziehungsweise gar kein Internet. Habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt. Dort wurde ich nur mit Standart Floskeln hinterlegt. Überhaupt nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Das war garnix ..
Das war garnix ... 2 gebuchte e-Sims für Ägypthen die quasi nicht zu benutzen waren ... der Datenverkehr wird dann auch noch über die Niederlande gerootet was zusätzlich die Geschwindigkeit drosselt und beim einigen Apps Probleme verursacht. Beim nächsten mal kaufe ich lieber wieder am Flughafen direkt eine physische SIM Karte das funktioniert dann auch ohne Probleme. Schade aber Vodafone ist und bleibt einer der schlechtesten Anbieter im Vergleich zu allen anderen und das gilt leider nicht nur für Ägypthen.

Very poor coverage in US
Very poor coverage in US. Lost signal many times in NY and awful in Florida. Indoor no signal most of the times but the accommodation provided strong wifi. When driving in Florida, away of the coast , there was no signal. A total waste of £20. Luckily my husband got a Kolet which saved us. Next time I'll get Kolet.

The connection was great
The connection was great, the package I bought was exactly what I needed and I didn't feel like I was going to run out of data. The installation process was so easy. I used Vodafone when going to Europe and this time to Latin America and both times was great. Highly recommend it.

APN issue with Vodafone esim Activation
I had an issue to Activate Vodafone in France.
Apparently one has manually to create a new Access Point from
Settings - 'Access point names' (APN) with URL set to either 'live.vodafone.com' or 'travel.vrs.vodafone.nl'.
Their instructions miss to emphasize this requirement, and there is no live support. One relies only on sending an email, and waiting for the response.

Eine Katastrophe Leistung ..
Eine katastrophale Leistung ... Ich habe mir ein 20 GG/bit Paket für Marokko im August gebucht. Die eSim wurde leider aufgrund extremer Formalitäten und zu viel IT schnik schnak nicht freigeschaltet. Nie wieder Vodafone travel ... Und überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!!

Overall
Overall, the Vodafone eSIM worked well. Although Vodafone has a strong presence in Turkey, there were times or areas where the smartphone could not connect to the internet at all. However, considering the security of both myself and the data on my phone, I can say it was a successful experience.

Utilisé en Albanie cet été et il y a beaucoup d’endroits où je ne captais vraiment pas bien. C’était noté 4G mais je n’avais pas le chargement des données avec mon iPhone 17 alors que mon conjoint qui était en forfait Orange étendu captait très bien

Good value for money
Good value for money. We were in southern Albania. The connection was excellent—we had 5G everywhere. The only issue was on the way to Tirana, where the signal dropped out.
